Zinta S. Byrne, PhD, has more than 10 years of work experience at Hewlett-Packard as an engineer and manager, worked for Personnel Decisions International as a regional manager, and is currently Professor of Psychology at Colorado State University and president of Atniz Consulting, LLC.
