When who's your daddy is a multiple choice question...
Paranormal Psychologist Matilda Schmidt is one client away from fa-la-la-la-losing it. Holiday cheer is in the air, gun-toting fruitcakes are in her office, and she's spinning through mood swings fast enough to make her toss her cookies—even without the morning sickness.
When Ol' Kris Kringle goes AWOL after a nervous breakdown, his disgruntled elf is convinced that only Matilda can get him back on his sleigh in time to keep humans from tearing each other apart quicker than couponeers at a Black Friday sale.
But their efforts hit the skids when the men in Matilda's life show up and demand to know which of them is responsible for the bun in her oven: the hot hit man who's likely to stuff her stocking with ammunition, or the delicious demigod who's made Santa's naughty list a couple centuries running.

About the Author
USA Today bestselling author Cynthia St. Aubin wrote her first play at age eight and made her brothers perform it for the admission price of gum wrappers. A steal, considering she provided the wrappers in advance. Though her early work debuted to mixed reviews, she never quite gave up on the writing thing, even while earning a mostly useless master's degree in art history and taking her turn as a cube monkey in the corporate warren. Because the voices in her head kept talking to her, and they discourage drinking at work, she started writing instead. When she's not standing in front of the fridge eating cheese, she's hard at work figuring out which mythological, art historical, or paranormal friends to play with next. She lives in Colorado with the love of her life and three surly cats. Cynthia loves to hear from her readers and you can find her on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and at cynthiastaubin.com. Or you could follow the trail of doughnut crumbs. Unexpecting by Cynthia St. Aubin is a very funny read. The entire series is one laugh after another. But the stories and characters also become so real. I am so sorry that this series ended, although the HEA is terrific. It could have gone on forever and I would have continued to follow.
The wonderful and funny conclusion to the Dr Matilda Schmidt Story. Having loved this series from the beginning I was both happy and sad to read this final book but like all the others I devoured it from the very first word to the very last. I read part of it while on the bus and had to try very hard not to laugh out load during certain moments. The story starts with Matilda find out its true what her mother told her Undeadly - she is pregnant but who is the father. To add to the stress - the blackmailer is back and know she is pregnant and since Matilda doesn't want anyone to know because she is unsure of the father - what will she do. Then her Psychology services are need because Criux has gone a drinking binge with Santa. Will Matilda survive the holidays with everything intact including her mind. Read the Rainbow Yakking Conclusion to the amazing series.
What a Send Off! This is the last book of the series and I am really kinda sad about it because I just did not want it to end. I would recommend you read all the books in order to enjoy them more and get an understanding of how far our leading Dr has come and who all the characters are. I have been a fan of Cynthia St Aubin for awhile now and I absolutely loved her Matilda Schmidt, Paranormal Psychologist series. When I read one of her books I know I will be entertained, I will laugh out loud numerous times, fall in love with all of her colorful characters and lets not forget enjoy some steamy romance as well. This book of course is no exception and I read it in one sitting because I just needed to find out how it will all end, I see a nap in my near future. The Author did a wonderful job of wrapping it all up, and who knows maybe her fans can persuade her to write a couple more books further down the line? We just need to start a petition.
While I am sad to see Matilda's series end Cynthia did an amazing job of wrapping up her story. I love this entire series and while i won't give any spoilers, GO TEAM ___________! Funny, snarky, laugh out loud amazing! Thank you Cynthia St. Aubin! I look forward to seeing where we go next. I recommend this series to anyone who needs laughter and giggle-snorts.
This is the final chapter in an amazing series! As with every book in this series I was laughing out loud the entire time. I fell in love with every character and am sad to see the end, and boy, it ended as awesome as it began. I tried to stop myself from finishing so quickly except my fingers would not stop swiping to the next page! Highly recommend this series to everyone who enjoys steamy love triangles, supernaturals in need of therapy and ginormous amounts of laughter.
