About the Author

Carol Shelton Moye is a retired public school teacher from Pittsburgh, PA who spent her final years teaching English to high school students. She now splits her time between Pittsburgh and the much sunnier, Richmond, VA. Although she loved inspiring teenagers to create poetry, photography and music, she is excited about having time to devote to developing her talents.

Carol is a member of the Richmond chapter of The Virginia Writer's Club, Walkerton Writers (Richmond, VA), and when in Pittsburgh, participates in Voice Catch. Through these groups she is developing her skills as a writer of short fiction.
