About the Author

I am a science fiction and fantasy author living in Jacksonville, Florida. I began writing at a young age by gluing pieces of paper together to make little books, then moved on to short stories in middle and high school. I began writing full length novels soon after my first child was born. I have always had a love of books and reading. One of my favorite things to do is to browse through used book stores to find the perfect adventure to get lost in. In addition to writing, I enjoy nature and growing an organic garden. I am an herbalist and love making healing teas and tinctures. I try to live as natural as a life as possible, going so far as to make my own earth-friendly cleaning products. I live in Florida with my husband, two wonderful children, four cats, a snake, and a turtle.
