Unraveled (Undone) by Jennifer Dawson

Valentine’s night.  Three women. A hot new club where anything can happen.

After a life changing tragedy Layla Hunter is finally happy.  Michael Banks has pulled her back from the dead and given her a love she’d thought was lost to her forever.  Now, all she wants is to return the favor and give him the one thing she swore she’d never do again.

Jillian Banks is up for absolutely anything and her smoking hot fiancé, Leo Santoro, is determined to give it to her.  After exploring her fantasies in the privacy of her own home, Jillian’s ready for more and Leo is going above and beyond to make her happy.  In return, she’ll do anything to make him proud.

Ruby Stiles isn’t sure what she’s doing at a sex party at one of Chicago’s most anticipated new clubs. Currently she’s blaming it on curiosity. All she wants is to disappear into the background, only her emotions have decided to go on a roller coaster ride and the last thing she expects is for Chad Fellows to pick up the pieces.

Sometimes even the best laid plans unravel…

**While this novella can be read for fun, it is not a standalone story and is best enjoyed after reading Crave and Sinful.**

I loved the update on Layla, Michael, Jillian and Leo, the couples from the first two books as well as the preview to Ruby and Chad. Just like with the first two books, the sex scenes are HOT!!! But there is also love that I could practically feel. Ruby is Layla's best friend as even though she says she is not interested in the lifestyle, seems to be really curious about it. Chad may look the clean cut boy next door, but he is just as dominant as Michael and Leo. Unfortunately for Ruby, she doesn't realize it until they are in a sex club and Chad is sees straight through her act. I loved this novella and am eagerly awaiting Ruby and Chad's book! I highly recommend reading the first two books before reading this novella. I received an ARC for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review, all conclusions are my own.

Three women on Valentine's Day and a party. Good start to a story. Jillian and Leo attend the party with the intention of fulfilling her fantasy. Layla wants to give Michael what she thinks is his fantasy. Ruby is not sure why she is there but her confusion may lead to her awakening. Three stories woven into one with lots of witty banter and hot and dirty sex. Lots of fun! Definitely need to read the first two books in the series first to know the back story but can pick up the underlying story if you read this alone. **Received a copy of this book from the publisher via NetGally in exchange for an honest review**

Received a copy in exchange for an honest review. Unraveled takes up at Valentine's day. Ben's new club is opening and the friends show up to celebrate. Each with a different agenda. Leo plans to push Jillian's limits and Layla wants to give Michael something that proves to herself the past doesn't matter. As each couple ventures to their rooms, this leaves novice, Ruby with clean cut dom, Chad. This was a quick read but definitely not a real standalone, though you get a back ground for eachieving couple. Make sure you have read prior books as this will enhance the stories in this book

Ms. Dawson is very good stimulating the senses. Whether dark and dreary, fun and light or sensuous her stories get a reaction. That is what I love about her writing. She is not afraid to try something new. With Unraveled I am on the fence. She goes full throttle with the sexiness, throws in some heart but I did not enjoy it as much as I have some of her previous stories. Some of the scenarios were disturbing and took away from the story instead of added to it. Unraveled is a little edgier than the previous books in this series. I received an ARC of this novel in exchange for an honest review.
