Once again Aurora Rose Reynolds knocks it out of the park with her writing! December is my kind of girl! The quiet book loving girl! Her love for those boys is the best! I can't wait to read what's next!

Cute quirky teacher lands the bad boy who is a great guy under his alpha exterior working two jobs and being a single dad. No huge dramas just the ex. Fast story with a happily ever after

This is only the third book I have read by Aurora Rose Reynolds and although I have only read a couple of other books in this series, I had no trouble reading this one as a stand alone. I fell hard and fast for both Gareth Black and December Mayson, both separately and as a couple. I enjoy Ms. Reynolds style of writing, her characters are strong and when time permits I will certainly be looking to read her other books. The connection between single dad Gareth and shy school teacher December is instantaneous. They are drawn to one another in a way that surprises both of them. Can they both trust in their feelings or is the past destined to ruin their potential for happiness? This was a non stop read full of emotional turmoil and obstacles that need to be overcome for Gareth and December to get their chance at a happily ever after. The banter between Gareth and December was awesome and you could almost feel the tension as feelings deepened between the two of them and the chemistry intensified. There were some laugh out moments between not only the main characters but the boys as well, which only enhanced my enjoyment of the story. I have been gravitating more and more to single parent books and this was a great example.

I was so excited when I heard we were getting December’s story and boy does she have a story to tell, this book was everything I expected and so much more. Gareth is a single dad who adores his two sweet boys and December is a sweet kind teacher who loves them how they all deserve to be loved. I’m not going to write a review that’s full of spoilers because I think you will all get so much more from this book if you don’t have any preconceived ideas of this love story what I will tell you is this book has all the right feels and I’m sure you will fall in love with Gareth, December and two adorable boys who happen to have some amazing one liners throughout the book. I laughed and I smiled as I got to know this adorable couple but it was the boys that turned this book from a good read to a great read, this is a funny entertaining easy to read book that has just a hint of drama which only adds to the overall enjoyment. Another great stand alone from this very talented author.

I just loved this book! I loved that both Dec and Gareth messed up and seemed to be unsure how to go forward for a little bit in the beginning. I loved that once they decided to jump, they jumped. And I really loved the realtionship Dec grew with Gareth's boys, and his reaction to that relationship. Very touching! I've already read this one 3 times. Loved this book!!

Until December is book eight in the Until Her/Until Him series. Each book can be read as a standalone, but you sure are missing out on the Mayson family BOOM factor. Aurora gave us that Alpha single-dad who connects with the nerdy bookworm and helps move her out of her comfort zone. Insta-BOOM was spot on and it was nice to see the connection that occurred between the kids and the pesky pet. Gareth and December truly have their work cut out for them with the changes and hurdles that come along, but like a true Mayson, December is determined to show the Black family that not all women are like the women you'd like to throttle a few times over. I loved the tattoo quote that December came up with as it is so true! Once again I enjoyed this story (cause let's face it-there is not a book by Aurora that you won't love!). Excited to see which Mayson boy is up next in line!

This book is one that will be held in my heart for a while to come. December and Gareth have a relationship that is inspiring. The way that Aurora brings her characters to life is inspiring. I can picture the characters in my mind and bring them to life in the movie of my mind. A top read for the summer!

I have to say that I think this was one of the sweetest stories that I have read by this author. I have read every book in the Until series and the romance between December and Gareth outshines all of them. Both of these characters just tugged at my heart as I read and really pulled me into the book. I felt the ups and downs and I felt the pain of the characters. I absolutely adored both of Gareth’s boys and wanted more than anything for someone to throat punch baby mama because her drama was wrong on so many levels. So, in my humble opinion (yeah .. I went there), this FREAKING ROCKED HARD! UNTIL DECEMBER touched every one of my reader buttons and I have devoured this book multiple times since getting it and it still affects me each time I read it. That to me is a freaking amazing book. This has just a small touch of danger, but the real power of the story was the emotions that flew around both of the main characters. Theirs is a love story that I feel will touch many readers as it touched me. So, two thumbs WAY UP for me and happy reading!

Until December is one of those books that once you start reading, you will not be able to put it down. A cover to cover heartwarming romance that twists you up inside from the difficult struggles of a single father, the sweet vulnerability of a young woman, to the magnetic and sizzling chemistry found between them. It feels like I’ve been waiting forever for this book after being introduced to them in Until Cobi. The tiny morsel of a teaser we got was just the beginning of December and Gareth’s love story that will definitely leave readers satisfied well after they’ve finished reading. As with all the previous Until books, Until December is just as emotional and heartfelt. Whereas some of the other books have a bit more suspense and danger intertwined in the plot, this book has a more domestic, relaxed tone to the storyline. Don’t get me wrong, December and Gareth do experience their own fair share of obstacles and setbacks. But it’s their determination and feelings toward each other, and family, that truly shows how strong they are together. The author pens love, loyalty, and unwavering support at its fullest potential within the pages of this book. Until December delivers a sweet and swoony BOOM that we’ve all been waiting for and it’s the perfect addition to the Until Her/Him Series.

4.5 STARS! “So what’s it gonna be Ember are you gonna run or jump?” I'm crying you guys ! I've been wanting December and Gareth's story for a long time and the wait has been agonizing but worth it. My heart is filled to the brim with feels, lots of feels. Until December by the Alpha Queen, Aurora Rose Reynolds was EVERYTHING! December Mayson is my soul sister, my book bestie. She's apart of my tribe now. That just had to be stated before getting into the deets. Now let's dive in! December first sees Gareth Black at her cousin Cobi's wedding and the moment she lays eyes on him, she feels the BOOM! The attraction between them is strong even though December believes that April saw him first and is hestitant to break the sister code. So, when she sneaks out of his house the next morning, Gareth is angry and isn't up for any childish games. He's a single father working two jobs, and he's looking out for the well being of his boys. But fate is a pesky little thing and it keeps pushing them together and fighting the attraction becomes an option that can no longer occur. December knows Gareth comes with two boys and it's beautiful to watch her open up her heart to them. Also, there's a lot of sweet and sexy moments along the way. I couldn't get enough of Gareth's alpha ways and the back and forth banter with December was just too adorable. Gareth made December fearless and pushed her out of her comfort zone. Until December was an HEA, instalove romance with a bit of drama thrown in but not too much. The ending was perfect and I couldn't be happier. This book, this series is a must read! Now can I please have April's book?

I am not sure who I loved more in this book, December or Gareth! Such strong characters that are amazing. From December who is sweet yet has amazing strength and Gareth who is the ultimate single daddy! I loved how my favorite movies were mentioned (Goonies anyone?!?!?) and how the author was able to not just make you fall in love with the main characters but with all the side characters as well. I also loved that along the way we saw both main and side characters from books past that tied everything into this awesome read! I was so sad this book ended and now I cannot wait to rejoin the Until world!

3.5+ Stars The single dad romance just does it for me, and when I realized the new ARR book was such a one, I couldn’t wait to get my greedy little hands on it. Until December was a sweet, quick read that had me smiling along with it. December is an elementary school teacher and an introvert. The rule follower/good girl of her family, she piques Gareth’s interest after just one look. Although their chemistry and attraction are unbelievably hot, circumstances make them start out trying to fight it. The boom wins out, of course, and soon they are both figuring out how to be together. This reminded me of Kristen Ashley’s Sweet Dreams, one of my favorites, so I had a great time with this story. December was super sweet and caring, Gareth was an OTT sexy alpha, and his kids were both incredibly cute (even if one was olderish). However, I felt that there were some missed opportunities too, especially with the crazy ex set-up as well as the co-worker. I mean, it’s like those videos where someone is fishing and suddenly the pole bends in half, and you see the person fighting with whatever has been caught and it looks so fierce that you are sure they’ll be reeling a mini whale, but it ends up being like.. seaweed and a minnow? Ok, so I might be exaggerating a little bit, but the foundation for uber drama was all there!!! At the end of the day, Until December was the cute, lovely romance I was expecting with the hot single dad and the sweet girl who makes him and his kids’ world better. And I absolutely adored that. Thank you, Ms. Reynolds, for taking me to that happy place again. *I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book*

This was just perfect sweetness! Gareth and December had a rocky start, but the boom would not be denied. Throw in a persnickety cat, teenage and pre-tween sons, possessive grandma, and meddling mom and sisters, and there was no way these two weren’t getting their HEA! This was two people getting to know each other, figuring out to make things fit into already busy lives, and making a life that includes all the elements. The good and the bad, the close and extended families, and the pets that come along the way. Not a suspenseful read, but a high burn, sometimes overthinking, just a little bit left of centre personality, and needing to not be so proud, romance story I loved it!
