Pamela Aares' USA Today bestselling Tavonesi Series continues with another suspenseful, page-turning and heart-warming novel about the healing power of love.
Reclusive tech billionaire Evan Forbes finds himself lost and lonely in the secretive world he's cloaked around himself. He may have changed the way the world communicates with his innovative, high-tech businesses, but the language of the heart has brought nothing but pain.
When Evan meets the vivacious heiress Coco Tavonesi on a garden tour, she fires a spark of desire he can't resist. Pretending to be an ordinary computer geek, he conceals his true identity and accepts the thirty-dollar an hour job she offers, tracking down a hacker who's stolen her prized nature photographs. After years of hiding his famous name and his own incredible wealth behind a disguise, has he met the woman worth revealing himself to? Can he risk his heart?
Coco doesn't count on falling for the sexy techie, but when she playfully snaps a photo of Evan, his resulting anger triggers fears from her past. What does he have to hide? Is Evan the quirky, sweet geek he seems, or yet another fortune hunter using this chance to get close to her?
When Evan discovers that Coco is being hacked by a high-level genius, he's determined to bring the criminal down. But the hacker accesses Coco's photos of Evan and threatens blackmail and violence, and suddenly the secrets Coco and Evan have kept from one another endanger not only the love blooming between them, but their very lives.

**Advanced copy provided by the author in exchange for an honest review** What a pleasure it is to go back and visit the Tavonesi family! I remember back to when the first book in this series caught my attention a few years back and the stories and characters continue to entertain and enthrall me. Coco Tavonesi is an heiress. It's one of those things that is known, but she often times wished it wasn't. For once in her life she'd like to make it on her own merits and not on her name or what members of her family did before her. Coco's dream is to publish a book of her photography and while she's on the way to accomplishing that - on her own and without the help of her powerful family - she ends up running into computer trouble that might manage to derail the whole endeavor. Evan Forbes does not like the limelight. While he's been successful in the tech world - to the tune of billions - he has gone to great lengths to make sure he's not searchable on the internet, that no photos are available and he's rarely seen in public - in a nutshell he's a recluse. He's looking to make changes in his life, but he's not sure where to even begin to make it happen. When Coco and Evan meet on a garden tour, Evan is thoroughly taken by the beauty that is Coco. When she ends up having computer trouble, Evan offers to take a look, not only because he knows he can help her, but also because he wants to spend more time around her; the only catch is he doesn't reveal his true identity. As the two begin to spend more time together, they begin to form a bond that neither expected. With the threat of a hacker infiltrating Coco's computer, the fact that Evan is hiding his true identity and demons from Coco's past rising to the surface once more, will these two reluctant lovers find happily ever after in one another's arms? I loved this book and more importantly I loved the way Pamela Aares wrote it. The characters are strong, well developed and the hint of mystery in the book kept my attention throughout. I've enjoyed this series from the beginning and this is another standout addition to an already wonderful collection!
Although Evan isn't the type of hero that I usually read about, I ended up really liking him. He is socially awkward when it comes to relationships and struggles to find the right words when he is around Coco. I loved their journey, awkward moments included, and didn't want the book to end. I would love to read more about their life together.
