Overview

I'm the last single woman among my friends. Don't feel sorry for me. I'm fine with flying solo, especially with ski season right around the corner. You won't hear me complaining. Until my mother decides I need a date for my cousin's wedding ... and chooses the worst man in the world for me.
Landon Roberts is the human equivalent of a parka with every ski pass he's ever purchased hanging off of his zipper. Apparently my mother is the last person in Colorado to know about Landon's reputation.
To make things worse, his super hot brother Aiden's back in town. Still gorgeous and still not remotely interested in me.
I can survive this wedding disaster as long as I pretend my date is someone else.
***
As one of the stars of Aspen's rugby club, I don't need help meeting women. Tell that to my mother. She's picked out my date for the biggest wedding of the year.
Mae London is the local girl who broke every heart in the valley before she left for California. Now she's back and hotter than ever. Too bad she hates me.
Enlisting the help of my brother, I'm going to become the ideal man, and charm Mae right out of her bad opinion of me.
This wedding date will be perfect as long as I pretend to be someone else.

Up to You is a standalone romantic comedy set at high altitude.

A Review of Up To You by Daisy Prescott Mae and Aiden - 5+++ Stars I ABSOLUTELY loved this story and the cover is amazing! I've had the pleasure of reading a couple of Ms. Prescott's books and I thoroughly enjoy her writing. Her characters are well written and diverse. I got a big kick out of Mae and her sassy attitude, especially when it came to certain types of straws at certain types of events. And the relationship she has with her "girls" is really strong and something that I love seeing. As women, we should always be lifting each other up instead of tearing someone down. Now, I want to read the other books in the series so I can learn more about these amazing women and the men they love. And, let's not forget about Aiden! I think we all would like to find our own Aiden in todays world. He is kind, thoughtful and not douchey at all. He tries to help his brother, but sometimes you can't help someone that doesn't want to be helped. Make sure you grab this one as soon as you can, so you're not disappointed. **Honest review voluntarily provided from a Complimentary Copy**

Curl up & enjoy the ride! Mae & Landon will capture your heart. Their love story is not conventional and they take a long, twisty road to get there, but what a fun ride it is to get there. A great lay on the beach or pool book to read!

Favorite Quotes: Thanks to me and my advice of getting back on the horse after her last relationship ended, she met Justin. I guess she took me literally, and not only rode the horse, but the cowboy, too. Can’t blame her. Justin wearing a pair of chaps does cause spontaneous ovulation. Man, you’re a mess. No wonder your dating life has more punches than a loyalty card at Fuel Coffee. “You went out with Landon Roberts, too?” Placing my pint on a napkin in front of me, the bartender gives me a sympathetic smile. We need a secret sign or pin for the Sisterhood of the Unfortunate. …he’s getting worse with age, instead of better. Instead of being a fine wine or cheese, he’s a stale, three-day-old loaf of bread or a questionable almond that leaves a bitter aftertaste. You’ve just ruined me for all other men. Are you okay with that? Because if this doesn’t work out, I’m going to die alone with dozens of cats and a huge collection of balloon knick-knacks, and it will be all your fault. My Review: This was a delightfully fun and pleasurable read loaded with clever and amusing wit, appealing characters, and comical observations. The storylines were humorous, engaging, easy to follow, and a little steamy. I haven’t read all the previous books in the series and while it wasn’t necessary, the idea of spending more time with this quirky cluster of friends is undeniably tempting.

Their reputation precedes them. Will they live down the rumors, while battling matchmaking mamas? Mae and Landon have nothing in common. His playboy ways and her persnickity attitude spell trouble for anyone who steps in their path. When circumstance keeps pushing them together, they'll find out they never knew each other at all. Prescott brings on the charm. Up to You is a humorous delight with a hint of sage advice and heart thrown in for good measure. Get ready for some fun.

The absolutely perfect summer read, Up to You is Daisy Prescott at her very best, once again pairing together love and humor seamlessly! This charming and extremely witty book showcases Mae London, the only single member of her closely-knit group of girl friends. Faced with the upcoming wedding of her cousin Twyla, Mae is suddenly paired up with Landon Roberts by her meddling mother and Mrs. Roberts. What ensues is the often hilarious yet very tedious job to make Landon date-worthy in 6 weeks time even as Mae finds herself wanting the 'better' Roberts brother in older brother Aiden. Right from the start, I found myself literally laughing out loud at the sharp banter between Mae and her besties, always finding the most inopportune time to say what is on their minds. Not to mention the ongoing 'brotherly love' between the oft-inappropriate Landon and the more refined Aiden. Mrs. Roberts has her hands full with these two and their bickering like children was truly hysterical. With Aiden acting like Landon's own personal Cyrano de Bergerac, winning Mae's heart suddenly becomes a serious battle of wills and I was more than hopeful the more worthy brother would come out on top. With Mara, Zoe and Sage already spoken for, Mae is more than ready to find her happy but time will tell whether or not she can finally have the man she has harbored a crush on since high school. I really loved Aiden with his fierce independence and casual confidence. He's the complete opposite of his crass younger brother and his ease at being with Mae, whether kayaking or sharing a laugh at a rugby match, made their undeniable chemistry abundantly clear. With a few surprises in store for this eclectic and loyal Aspen crew, and every single character from the Love with Altitude is present and accounted for I'm happy to report, Up to You is pure delight from beginning to end. There is an understated enchantment to this and most of Daisy Prescott's work that I can't help but adore and there is nothing better than being able to laugh and swoon while reading a book. Up to You combines both emotions beautifully and I look forward to more in this wonderful series. 5 stars!
