Upside-Down seems to be a strange way to go about planning. But the practice will revolutionize your strategic planning, making it far more effective and creating a renewed sense of commitment among all your stakeholders.
This book will explain what Upside-Down Strategic Planning is, and take you through all the steps necessary. It also applies the Upside-Down model to annual and tactical planning, as well as to daily decision making.
The model flows out of Biblical principles, but throughout the book, the authors lead those who might not be guided by Scripture into other ways of understanding the same truths
