I read this book two years ago because it was a class requirement. The entire grades 7 and 8 were required to read it for reading group. Let me tell you this was one of the very few books that we got to read that year, that actually made us want to READ! At the end of the book, we had to come up with an argument against a certain character from the book saying that they were guilty, and everyone, I mean everyone, was so into it, that people actually thought they were lawyers for certain characters! This book is a must read. It is amazing!

this book is one of the best samurai books I have read. It has humor, romance, mystery, and action. What more could you ask for.
