About the Author

Nalin K. Shastree has been a practitioner of higher education for almost three decades and has significantly contributed for understanding of changing shades of the discipline at the conceptual level. Apart from being a Professor of Botany (presently he is on leave), he has served in various managerial capacities in institutions of higher learning, including the positions of Principal, Co-ordinator, College Development Council and Registrar in institutions like Vaish College, Rohtak, J.V.B. Institute, Ladnun, Magadh University, Bodhgaya, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow and Guru Gobind Singh lndraprastha University, Delhi. He has three books, twenty-seven research papers and more than a dozen articles on various dimensions of educational management to his credit.

B.R. Dugar is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Non-violence and Peace in J.V.B. Institute (Deemed University), Ladnun. Trained in Indian Philosophy, Dr. Dugar has done his doctoral work on various facets of super sensuous knowledge and human consciousness. He has published more than six dozen articles and four books.

J.P.N. Mishra is an Associate Professor of the Science of Living, Preksha Meditation and Yoga in J.V.B. Institute (Deemed University), Ladnun. Trained as a life-scientist, Dr. Mishra has chosen an area of research which deals with the effects of meditation on the human physiology. He has published twenty research papers in journals of repute and has two books to his credit. Anil Dhar is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Non-violence and Peace, J.V.B. Institute (Deemed University), Ladnun. He has extensively worked on meditation and value education and has published sixteen research papers in journals of repute.
