These are amazing little side stories to Vampire Knight. The book has two additional stories that the site doesn't mention, A Maiden's Melancholy and In a Thousand Years. A Maiden's Melancholy tells the story of White Lily revealing her true sentiments for Zero. A Thousand Years takes place a year after the final battle, and the Day and Night Classes find themselves on a hunt at Cross Academy. All of the stories pretty much go in chronological order so it's not hard to place where the short story fits into the main plot of Vampire Knight.  It was kind of odd reading a novel rather than it being a manga in the series. But it's a great addition nonetheless!
