Another easy-to-use, visually pleasing cookbook from Good Housekeeping. Looking for simple yet nourishing meals, I knew that vegetarian-based meals were the way to go. As stated in the introduction, the cookbook is not designed to turn you into a vegan; rather, the premise is eating healthy, eating heart-healthy. A must have for anyone looking to improve their diet!

My husband and I bought this cookbook after we decided to cut down on our meat intake. Almost every recipe has exceeded our expectations. The dish comes out exactly as promised and even looks just like the beautiful photograph! I would recommed to anyone and everyone!

The recipes were okay but nothing really exciting. Some of the ingredients were found to be expensive. Would I buy it again? Probably not but if you browse through it and you think you might like it, by all means - give it a try.

I have been a vegetarian for over 10 years and I love to cook. This is the best vegetarian cookbook I have ever found. It has easy, healthy recipes that the whole family will enjoy. I was very impressed!

Beware! Recipes call for cup(s) of fresh herbs. If you like cilantro and black beans this book is for you. Also, the authors waste a lot of pages giving hints that most vegetarians already know and the metric conversion charts are common knowledge. I would rather have more recipes.
