i'm looking exactly for a recipe book that has nutrition info along with the recipes...altho i can't find it in this book, i have no regret, all recipes are the best.

Its a wonderful cook book for all vegans as well as wanna be vegans like me... I was quite doubtful about starting a complete vegetarian diet thinking how tasteless it will be...But, believe me ... i have changed my old opinions. This book helped me a lot by providing hand picked recipes full of variety! You may not find thousands of recipes , but, what you find is top rated vegan recipes ..

I am newbie vegetarian and this eBook gave me tips on vegetarian cooking. I downloaded this on the Kindle which was really convenient looking at the recipes while I was cooking in the kitchen. The recipes are delicious and my picky eater kids loved them as well.

I myself have tried a vegetarian diet and didn't like it that much. This book however made me change my mind. It has vegetarian but also has a kick of just adding more healthy foods to your diet. It also tells you the right tools you need to complete the most delicious healthy meal of your choice.

I'm a new vegetarian and my first concern was not finding enough dishes I liked and then worrying that I would start missing non-vegetarian dishes that I liked and caving in. I bought a couple of books to help me out and this was one of them. I really liked the variety because it kept my taste buds interested enough that I didn't even think about reaching for a cheeseburger! I would recommend this cook book to any vegetarian because the recipes are delicious and easy to follow.

I just recently decided to become a vegetarian and didn't know where to start. Didn't want to eat the same old things an so I went and got this book. Now I will not give up on being a vegetarian and on top of that I got this book to help me with tips to make everything better. Loved it.

A must have for food lovers. A boon for vegeterians. A good blend of everything you would probably cherish to eat and that too at the comfort and luxury of home. My favorite - Cantaloupe Breakfast Drink, Citrus Fruit and Walnut Salad, Italian All Vegetable Soup, Lime Coconut Whole Grain Rice amongst the others.

I absolutely love this book. My new girlfriend if a vegetarian, but she has an amazing body. So I decided to buy this book and learn how to cook some vegetarian meals. To my surprise, the food turned out really well. Now I'm not the best cook, so I'd guess that it was the recipes.

I have been trying to incorporate more vegetarian meals into my diet for health reasons. With this cookbook I have yet to run out of ideas. I have really enjoyed cooking with this book as it has such a wide variety of both interesting and delicious recipes. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.
