Decided not to buy based on sample. Every recipe I saw (restricted to the soup section) was laden with butter and/or milk (usually both). Only suitable for lacto-ovo vegetarians. I could feel my cholesterol going up just by reading the recipes!
I think this is just what this seafood loving world needs. The recipes within are delicious. The book is highly informative without being snooty.
