I am sure that this book has everything you want to know about vinegar in it. I would have rather had a more condensed book to read with basic information. Occasionally the same information was repeated in different ways. I do not feel that it is very organized to be able to refer back to such vast information. I am excited to try the recipes and cleaning tips. I have definitely learned how important vinegar is and I am blown away by the things you can do with it and how healthy it is. The History was interesting and everything really, but way too much info to hold my interest. A quick guide would have been great for me as I think I would use it more and pass it on to more people.
