Great read! I love the stories where parents intervene in their children's love lives and it all works out!

Great romantic read. Couldn't put it down once I started it - made for a late night but that's okay! Loved the way that Emma seemed to push Lucas's buttons and how he really did try to resist her but their attraction was too strong. Excellent book!!

What a wonderful book!  Very tastefully written and theme is anything but boring. Very sensual. Perfection.

This an ok short story, held my interest, enjoyed how Emma's Boss and Lucas's Dad played matchmaker. I did not like how Lucas treated Emma and the hateful things he said to her and accused her of being in on his Dad's skeem. I hated how she just fell back in his arms when she saw him again, she should have made him grovel or held him at arms length and start slow with him. I think Emma was a weak Heroine!!!! There are no sex scenes. I just didn't feel the emotions between the Heroine and Hero in this story.

It's a quick read at about 115 pages. I was disappointed with the story line. The romance scenes lacked passion and lust. Most of the story was the two main characters arguing. I almost didn't want them to get together in the end! The book ended too abruptly. I will not be buying anymore of Chase's book...this one was just too disappointing.

Interfering father, reclusive son, beautiful employee, mix-up in delivery of important papers (thanks to interferring father), unexpected snowstorm all combine to make a satisfying romance.

An enjoyable read with a good ending, but the 2 month hiatus apart and the getting back together seemed out of character for both main characters. Still glad I read it.

Terrific What a great story of love overcoming obstacles. Emma worked as an assistant to Lucas's father, but she had a mad crush. But she wouldn't act on it until his father set them up.

I set a goal to read romances that made me smile...have me a chuckle or one that made me want to read all the books in the series just from reading one of the books.... this book falls into several of those categories. Author Samantha Case writes a tale of family business that carries over I to life. Well written storyline, colorful characters and the baked goodies made me want to add sugary sweets back into my life. Book one down and headed I to book two for a marathon reading section...

Favorite Quote: Darlin’, if all you need me around for is to make French toast, then I’ve got to step up my game. My Review: A career-ending injury didn’t just mess up Lucas’s knee; it messed up his head, robbed him of self-confidence and wiped out his identity. And as a result, he became a crabby hypersensitive and depressed hermit. His family allowed him two years as a recluse before their well-meaning but presumptuous ways got the better of them, and once it started, they couldn’t seem to stop. The storyline was entertaining and moved at a comfortable pace with heavy portions of angst and conflict and bits of steam and meddlesome family plotting before reaching that sweet HEA.

My Thoughts: A snowed in love story? Gimme gimme gimme! I started reading this one and fell for the premise instantly, then fell for Emma and Lucas. The two of them have an attraction that has been there for awhile. Since Lucas has been hiding himself away from the world, his father decides to send Emma his way in an attempt to bring him back to normal civilization. His plan gets them together during a blizzard that ends up being much worse than originally anticipated. Emma and Lucas are stuck together for a long time, and their desires begin to take over. Once things are back to normal post-snowstorm, someone is going to have to speak up before they lose each other forever. Wait for Me is one of the sweetest little love stories. Two people being snowed in together while fighting their feelings makes for one of my absolute favorite cozy reads. Emma and Lucas are both stubborn, but they care. It takes some time for them to learn how to meet halfway, to really get to know each other and understand, but they're willing to try. Definitely a great book to start The Montgomery Brothers series by Samantha Chase! My Rating: Very Good
