It is inspiring and refreshing to read a book about someone who has made a succes of their life and they did it by using the power of positive thinking! You never gave up! That is the difference between winners and losers! Good luck to u Michael, i know you will accomplish anything u set your mind to do!

Michael Strahan definitely did his thing hands down. As an individual of happiness, sometimes needing to reset is a good thing. Many words, sentences and ideologies which are very relatable. Looking forward to what follows this one. Will recommend this book to my colleagues and those who can relate to a soon to be television and successful legend. Thank you sir, Strahan.

Dissapointed he didn't say more about Kelly. Made it seem he doesn't like her. Kelly helps him do so well on the show.

Wake Up Happy by Michael Strahan gives us a peek into the life of this amazingly accomplished Man with the sexiest smile and contagious positive personality. This humble yet gentle and appreciative man takes us on a mental tour of his journey from childhood to the present. He shares tidbits of advice that he's received from family, peers and coaches. He shares his secret to being Happy by doling out the "Strahan Rules" such as the importance of Pause, Routines and Visualization...Doing better today than yesterday, regularly reinventing ourselves and NEVER thinking it's too late, or we're too old to make a change. In the words of his parents, "Too late is in the grave." A surprise awaits us in the Epilogue...love advice from his point of view. You will close this book with tips on how to get to your happy, but you will also feel warm and fuzzy on the inside from the love and closeness of his family. - D'won

Worth every penny! I guess you could say that I've been "reading happy." I thoroughly enjoyed this offering from Michael Strahan, in which he outlines "Strahan's Rules,' such as the importance of Pause, Routines and Visualization...Doing better today than yesterday, regularly reinventing ourselves and NEVER thinking it's too late, or we're too old to make a change. In the words of his parents, "Too late is in the grave." In this awesome book, Michael shares stories and anecdotes that illustrate the success of the rules. This was so much more than a self-help book. It was a testimony to the spirit and drive of the author. This book is highly recommended by me for anyone who needs another reason to smile. This honestly is probably the best book that I have read this year since Author R.A. Clark's amazing book called "When God Stopped Keeping Score." The story of the three women and the ham, the father, the son and the Bible and the two men and the window makes this book a must have and will top the books that I will be giving away as gifts to friends and family this holiday season.
