Characters: 5   Plot: 5   Overall: 5+ I loved this book! I couldn't put it down. I sat for hours reading it. The book is packed full of emotions. And trust me you will feel everyone right along with the characters. The entire book is very personal and heartfelt.  The book is based over a couple week period of time. We come to know Adriana a widow who is living her life as an otherwise empty shell, and Tucker the famous movie star trying to get away from the publicity and cheating girlfriend. Along with them we have a group of supportive and protecting set of friends to Adriana. Adriana lost her husband a year ago in a car wreck. She lost more then a husband but no one in her world knows of this until she shares the information with Tucker of all people. Tucker is a very understanding man, he understands she misses her dead husband but we still see his pain as he suffers through watching her talk to "Alex" and miss him so much. How will it all play out? Will they end up together? I can't wait for book two. Seriously like I need it right now.

OMG-I don't even know where to start. I can't believe this was written by a debut author. There was so much emotion packed into one book. It's a long book, but it didn't feel that way because the author had me drawn in the entire time. The pain and torture of trying to heal over past loves lost and childhood pains not healed had me wanting to comfort the characters myself. The ending had me screaming at the author and wishing book two was already here. I can't wait to see where she takes this couple next.

I liked this book, but I found the author repeated everything for Tuckers view in the beginning chapters was monotonous. I found myself skimming through his view. Towards the middle, she stopped repeating views and it got much easier to read. Without repeating views this book would have run in the 300 pages, instead of the 500. The story line is interesting with a lot of "issues", and a whole lot of push and pull between the characters, just on the line of a little too much. It is definitely heartbreaking the way Adrianna can't move on from her dead husband when she has this incredible man right in front of her face. All in all, this was a good read and I'll get her 2nd book because I'm interested to see where Adrianna and Tucker finally up.

Book Worms was gifted this book from the Author for an honest review. We gave this book 5+ stars. This book review was left by Melissa a Book Worms reviewer. Thank you Melissa.  Synopsis Adriana is broken. That's the only way she can describe herself. After the death of her husband, she can't move on. Her best friends can do anything but watch and they don't know how to help her. She's existing, but not living and knowing the terrible secret that she has kept from everyone. How can she live with herself let alone ever be with someone again. Tucker Stevros is one of the hottest movie stars in the country. He's wanted by every woman and every man wants to be him, except that isn't what he wants. After being humiliated by his girlfriend he has to get away from it all. On a road trip he discovers the beauty that is in Epping, New Hampshire. She's blonde and beautiful. After an unexpected meeting, he finds that his broken past is what he needs to help her. Can two broken pieces makes up a whole? Will Adriana be able to let Tucker in or will her love for her dead husband override everything? My Take I loved this book and I can't wait for the conclusion. 5 solid stars and it I could give it more, I would. This is more than just about a love story. This is about being able to feel after being devastated from loss and what it takes to do that. This is about friendship and healing and all that comes with it. This is an emotional roller-coaster of a story that I wanted to cry for the loss of what Adriana has gone through and I wanted to laugh when a seemingly sweet young lady turned into a fiery tempered 10 feet tall and bullet proofed spitfire that doesn't take anything from anyone. Her and Tucker make great strides in becoming more. I'm excited to read the next book and I have no doubts that it will be as good as this one was. There are so many unanswered questions and I can't wait to have them answered.
