The moment I started reading this book I knew I was going to want to punch Lisa in the face. She wants her cake and to eat it too. She is selfish. Stringing along two men's hearts like that! My heart broke several times while reading Walk Into Me. I cried and was totally for Brad at first because he loved Lisa with all he had in him and Lisa kept just putting him at a distance because she could chose who she wanted to be with, Then there was Bobby who I didn't like at first thought he was a little to macho for me but, then I really started to really see him and I became team Bobby all the way. This story had me reeling in so many emotions it seemed as though I was a roller coaster ride that would never stop. Then I get to the end of the book and I hit the brakes to keep from sliding off of the page and the phrase that went through my mind was "Oh no you didn't". Jill Prand my hat goes off to you, kudos for an excellent story but, girl you left me hanging I have to know where this story goes from here. Oh and the next book in this series could you please send along some tissues. I would truly recommend this series to anyone. It was very well written and had a little bit of something for everyone.

This story is amazing and I am hopeful Prand will not give Bobby an easy out in the next book. Brad has been a loyal loving guy to Lisa since middle school, he deserves happiness which to him is Lisa. Lisa needs to learn to stop taking Brad for granted yet again. Lastly, Bobby has to learn to stop being so self centered egotistical and prideful. Great story and you will become invested in the characters, I am sure ya can tell by my verbal vomit I just unleashed...seriously though, this is a must readand will not disappoint. Btw u need to read the first book before this one.

Lisa has a past with both Bobby AND Brad. It is as pasts always are messy and complicated. Brad is the best friend who has always loved Lisa, they had one night together, where they lost their virginity to each other (awww). Now, things seem to be changing. But Bobby is still in the picture. Who will Lisa Lisa end up with? Walk Into Me is a book full of hot and steamy goodness. This is one you want to tuck yourself away with (or close by to someone else ;) ) I thoroughly enjoyed Jill Prand’s writing style. It was easy to lose yourself in. I know that many people have issues with love triangles, I personally have always been entertained by them (well, at least in books!) I will tell you that this book and it’s characters may have you yelling at them, may cause you to want to throw your e-reader at times, it will have your emotions all over the place and  may cause you to shed a tear or two. But to me that is the mark of a great story! It means you have invested enough of yourself into the storyline and its characters that you truly care what is happening to them.  I am so happy that I was introduced to Jill Prand’s works and will be eagerly awaiting the next book in this series! I received a complimentary copy of Walk Into Me from the author in exchange for my honest review.

Walk Into Me by Jill Prand is not at all what I meant when I previously said that I need Brad's story. Having said that, taken by itself, this book is well written, the characters are consistent and the story line keeps the pages turning. It isn't what I wanted for Brad, but it is good. I am crushed by the epilogue and the unfulfilled promise of a book 3.

Walk Into Me (Walking #2) by Jill Prand 2.5 out of 5 Stars I don't know if I could truly dislike a character more than I disliked Lisa at the end of this book.  Part of my contempt is her fickle, self-centered personality and part of it is the actual story line so it's not truly her fault.  When I read the small excerpt at the end of Watch Me Walk Away and saw that this book was Brad's story I was truly excited to see him move on and find love, however this is the story of Lisa playing spoiled brat and wanting her cake and eating it too. While continuing to be with Bobby, who she swears is her soul mate and the man of her dreams, Lisa all of a sudden starts having butterflies and "feelings"" for Brad as well and feels like she needs to explore them by dating both men at the same time.  However for reasons beyond her control she can't talk with Bobby about it and so she continues to lead Brad around by the boy parts and his undying love until it just starts making me lose respect for him too.  At some point enough is enough.  These are grown adults who can't claim the ignorance of youth anymore, how many times does he allow her to play him the fool before he gets fed up and moves on, whether he loves her or not? I still didn’t like the generic names and found the constant use of Brad's nickname "Pretty Girl" almost as annoying as baby.  How many people only use one name every time they speak to each other?  I understand nicknames and I actually loved pretty girl the first 50 times I read it, but after that it became too much.  They also have sex exactly the same way EVERY SINGLE TIME, whether it’s Lisa/Bobby or Lisa/Brad, she says the same lines and Prand has a formula sex scene that just plays out each time. Overall the whole situation really aggravated me.  Why would any self-respecting man, Bobby, allow his girlfriend to flirt and snuggle with another man?  Why would a man, Brad, allow himself to be used, belittled, and made second best for 15 years give or take?  And what woman would really think that test driving two men in the same friend circle and asking them to "play nice" would really work?  It just didn't make sense to me from any angle.  I truly wanted to like this book but I don't see myself reading the next one because I can't stand to watch the saga continue. *An honest review given in exchange for a complimentary copy of the book.* Pepper, My Secret Book Spot
