With profiles of Abraham Lincoln, Robert E. Lee, Ulysses S. Book is actually 5 stars, but nook app cuts out all the maps at the back of the book. So 3 stars to B&N for not providing whole book.

This series is my sons' history textbook for grades 5-6, but they read it cover-to-cover and asked for more. Hakim teaches history by telling individuals' stories in a conversational tone.
