I purchased this lovely book to send to a friend in Australia. I wanted something that gave a colorful overall view of just what Washington state has that delights so many of us. This fit the bill perfectly. It has many wonderful color photos of various areas at the height of their natural beauty. Being a soft cover it defrays extra cost when mailing as a gift yet still looks beautiful, on the cover and on the inside. Given the vast extremes of Washington state from the coast to the mountains to the farmlands of eastern Washington, this book covers the whole range and really shows the variety of the state in all its glory. I recomment this book to anyone looking for a gift to give someone not familiar with our great state.
