This is a story that you will reflect upon long after you finished reading it. It is courageous, kind, brave, frightening, and inspiring. Gail Johnson is a gift from the Universe, as are her former husband and children who should not be excluded from her heroic efforts, because without the support of her husband and children, Nkosi's limited life might not have played out the way it did. Gail is a truly and profoundly kind spirit...a wonderful and generous person who extended herself way beyond which most of us ever do. But pay attention to the people who loved and supported Gail in her heroic efforts, her husband and children, who are heros themselves. The Child, Ngosi, I will never forget. This is his book, and his story. I grieve for him and for his biological mother, and to the millions of others infected with this vicious virus.

A loving story told of an extraordinary youth, victimized by Aids in South Africa. Mr. Wooten is commended for telling this powerful story.
