Jagged text characters, grainy poor resolution black and white screen shots, faded text are not acceptable in a textbook from a major textbook publisher. I purchased this book for a class several weeks in advance of the start date, so it is too late to return the book. I complained to Prentice Hall, but they referred me to Barnes & Noble. This is not just an isolated instance. Several of my classmates have complained about the same issues. Don't buy this book without close inspection shortly after delivery.
