WELCOME HOME is a book of beginnings, where to start. After we run here and there in our travels and escapades, we finally return to the only place where we are sure of ourselves and know our needs. WELCOME HOME is a return to “home, where the heart is,” back to basics, and core of our values.

Welcome Home touches our hearts more than ever before. Perry shows us how he is who he is, and maybe how he became him. "Partly in Party" is what we all experienced, as Cinderfella at the club, or being out in "Harlem Night"s. Home is where the heart is, in "A Man without a Heart" or Goodbye is Never Goodbye." "Where Went the Poets?" "Poetry," Poetry Is," and "Poet," speak to where and what Perry sees as poetry. Home is growing at the roots. This is real stuff!
