This is an individual chapter of Theory of Constraints Handbook. Here Dr. Goldratt, developer of the Theory Of Constraints, gives his perspective on what TOC is, its goals and objectives, and the state of its progress in bringing about improvement. An academic perspective is also provided on the strength of this new theory and how it has developed in its many dimensions.

A sample should be the publisher's way of turning the customer's curiosity into a purchase. You lost.
This is a review only of the product as offered. The sample includes only the cover pages... no content at all. That is totally useless and a bit infuriating, and I will therefore not buy the book. At least, not from B&N.
