I read through the entire "cookbook" in a matter of minutes. It yields maybe a dozen "post op" recipes. Most of the recipes included are for more than a year out and bypass only. They are portioned in sizes to those of normal stomachs and those of us just starting out wouldnt find any of these recipes helpful or useful. Many of these recioes also include things that i have been told by my physician and dietician that are no-nos such as burger buns and eating fruits as snacks. The correct format to eating post-op: PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN!!! Then veggies, fruits ahd carbs.
