Both my 12-year-old son and I were recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I have read everything I can get my hands on to learn about how to eat, what to do, what this all means for both of us. Of the half dozen books I've read, this is been the best reference so far. Living Gluten-Free for Dummies is also very good, but I liked this one because it has a lot of practical tips, other people's stories, it's well organized and gives really down-to-earth advise. It's a great resource to help understand all of the different changes and gives good advise about where to start.
