I did not find this book to be that helpful or insightful. It was an expensive book, considering the content and size. I found better advice and guidance from Awakening The Buddha Within by Lama Surya Das. Also I am new to my Nook Color and find it very frustrating not being able to know the number of pages in a book before purchasing. Some have that info...others do not, unless I am missing it. If i had known the # of pages in this particular book beforehand I would not have spent the money. Am sorely disappointed.

Well this books title is What Would Buddha Do? After reading it I think a more apt title would have been, "What Would Franz Metcalf, a Buddhist do?", but it still is a very thought provoking book which after reading the 101 delemmas he discusses in the book will have you at least doing more research due to gaining more interest in the specific topics. It's organization is a little lacking in that like subjects are scattered all over in the book, but it doesn't take a whole lot away from the books overall subject. I would recommend it to new comers of the Buddhist religion and philosphy.

Although written with good intentions, this book does not live up to expectations. Most of the 'questions' are contrived, and most of the text on the pages doesn't really provide any insight. I've gotten more of an idea of 'What Buddha Would Do' by reading Taro Gold.

I am a teen who has a very big interest in Buddhism and the Buddhist culture. Its a great book to just sit and read but, it is good for advice on daily situations everyone has. It helps you deal with these situations as Buddha would. It is easy to read and enjoyable It's an exceptional book
