Overview

What You Do To Me by Izzy Cullen

Abby Porters husband dies unexpectedly and she is left with the daily struggle of raising three girls on her own.

Her friends, Derek and Lexi, decide to help her rediscover the self she lost during her marriage by composing a list of all the things she wanted to, but could never do.

While completing one of the tasks on the list, Abby finds herself at an Awakening concert, where fate plays a hand in bringing her together with the lead singer, Alex Morgan.

Will her extreme attraction to Alex help open the door to a second chance, or will she allow the protective instinct for her heart and her daughters push him away?

This is one of the worst books I have read in awhile. She trusts him she doesn't trust him. She cuts her best friend out of her life for lying then lies to Alex about his band mates assault against her. She doesn' t trust his life style then goes out with her friend and gets drunk. There are so much inconsistent statements and feelings in this book it makes my head hurt. The end of the book just makes me sad because I found out there was going to be another one.

This book isn't the typical rock star romance that I've read a zillion times. The struggle is more selfless then the typical "I can't be with him he is a male slut." The build up to the sex scenes was done perfectly. The characters had a believability to them and the conversations seemed real, not scripted. I was not disappointed.
