About the Author

Melannie Baum is an author, mother and native Ohioan. She grew up around tractors, horses, and other farm animals.

Her father-in-law, Tom, had a blue tractor that he used often on his farm. This book (1 of a series) is inspired by all these things, especially the memories she has of Farmer Tom driving his grandchildren around on his big blue tractor.

Married with two sons, she still lives in rural Ohio.
