This is an intriguing and thought-provoking book with extremely relatable characters! It contains a great blend of humor, tragedy, romance, and suspense that kept me engaged from cover to cover. While the entire book is well-done, the last few chapters are so real and powerful that it totally blew my mind. You don't want to miss out on reading this novel! Can't wait for more titles from Ransom Gray!
I found this book to be a step above others in the genre of futuristic Christian fiction. A real page-turner, written with descriptive detail and masterful prose. I'm not a huge reader, but this book never felt dull or tedious - the plot keeps your attention, and it's thought-provoking too. It's a pretty fast read too (which I like). A definite "must" for your summer reading list - with a reverberating message for teens and adults alike. It would make a good gift for a young person you're trying to encourage to read too. All in all, I give it two thumbs up, and I look forward to Ransom Grey's future works and hope he produces a sequel to this one soon!
The story was pretty fast paced though the story starts off a little slow. There was a lot of action and sneaking around and it really kept me on my toes. One other thing I liked was the author’s subtlety. The cussing was almost non-existent and the two kisses didn’t go into detail which I deeply appreciate. A huge thanks to Mr. Grey for creating an enjoyable but clean book! All in all I really enjoyed and loved this book, if you haven’t read it go check it out immediately! Rating: 5 Stars!! Recommendation: ages 12 and up (This book is meant for teens but any age can enjoy this gem!) FTC DISCLAIMER: I received this book in exchange for an honest review
