About the Author

Roan Parrish is currently wandering between Philadelphia and New Orleans. When not writing, she can usually be found cutting her friends' hair, meandering through whatever city she's in while listening to torch songs and melodic death metal, or cooking overly elaborate meals. She loves bonfires, winter beaches, minor chord harmonies, and self-tattooing. One time she may or may not have baked a six-layer chocolate cake and then thrown it out the window in a fit of pique.

Drawn out story but in the end I feel like the characters understood each other so much better than if they had a whirlwind romance.

Such an awesome series. So hard to put down. you want to just keep reading. Read them in order so the series makes sense. I hope she continues with this set of characters. She has developed them so well, but yet there is still more to explore. Happy Reading!!!!

I really enjoyed books 1 & 2 in this series, but book 3 just… I didn’t like it. I couldn’t feel any chemistry between the Leo and Will; in fact I struggled to find something I liked about Will. The age difference between the characters wouldn’t have bothered me if they were emotionally on the same plan, but that wasn’t the case. Leo acted like an infatuated teen most of the book which accentuates the age difference and makes it more pronounced. I spent most of the book wishing Leo would find someone else that fit him better.

I wish I had stopped with the second book. The whole melodrama with Leo and Will was boring as Hell and seemed to go on forever.
