All Jennifer could think about was that Mick was white and all Mick did was ponder wether he was into black woman or not. The kid was a little bit too prime for me and I don't think these characters were in the twenty-first century because it didn't seem as if they knew race is no longer an issue. This book was more about race than romance. I bought this book expecting romance but instead the dialogue was lousy and I didn't understand what the story was about. This book was in cheesy and really baaadddd

I'm usually one to finish a book no matter how bad i feel it is, but am a really hard time completing this one. I find it repetitive and inconsistant at the same time. The story leaves me not even caring if the leads get together or not.

This book was enjoyable. The on again off again aspect of their relationship was tiredsome, but the ending was good.

Nice read. There are two versions of this book. One that is more g-rated and the other that is x-rated. The male character is actually the best friend of the male character from "Soul Mates."
