A USA TODAY bestselling series!

If you can't sell a dildo in Vegas, you're doing it wrong. That's why I opened Whipped--a sex toy store. Because sex and Sin City go together like… well, like sex and Sin City.

I've seen everything--and I mean EVERYTHING--which is why the guy who comes in every week with a new flavor of arm candy buying yet another set of sex toys doesn't surprise me. But when he becomes my new roommate, well…

I'm a male stripper. I'm not ashamed of it--in fact, I fucking love it. I turn girls on five nights a week. With a stare. With a sway of the hips. Then I take them home and fuck their brains out. I live by three rules: No commitments. No falling in love. Only mind-blowing orgasms.

Now I want more.

But Vi isn't interested in a fuck buddy, and I've never been one to stick to a single girl.

They say that what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. But when you live here full time...

That's when things really get interesting.

Whipped (Vi's story) is a sexy, full-length, stand-alone romance. Content Warning: This book contains sex, swearing... and did we mention sex? Lots of sex. And abs. And Australian accents.

* Hitched (Kacie's story)

* Whipped (Vi's story)

Whipped does not have the spelling or grammitical errors that Hitched had. The story is sluggish and jumps months in time from one sentence to the next. This causes the story to be confusing at times. Line breaks would be appropriate for those times. The story is short, 139 pages on my Nook HD tablet, would be longer on other eReaders. I just could not get into the series. I liked the story better in Hitched, but the spelling and grammatical errors detracted from the story. The Whipped story is disjointed with the time line and confusing at times. Bottom line, some people will like the books. Others, like me, will not. I will not get other books in this series. I do like KarpovKinrade's Cat and Seduced series.

To be honest l purchased this Nook Book because it came threw on one of the book list l subscribe to and the cover intrigued me but l had never read this author so l did not expect to much. Well what l got was a seriously fun and sexy story! The main characters Vi and Lach came together because she needs a roommate and puts an ad out. I loved the paintball scene! When Vi cooked the macarroni terribly funny but yet not if you are handcuffed... l think the story was better because it did not just focus on her need to be a Dominatrix but how they grow to love each other through the different situations. Loved Vi's parents and Lach's plans to do good for children that need help. I will definitely read this authir or duo again.

Vi's love story. I didn't findit as enjoyable to read as hitched. Story jumped long time spans without warning.

The dynamic duo of Karpov Kinrade  has done it again. Whipped is yet another fabulously steamy story with fun characters. I have been looking forward to reading Vi's story since I finished Hitched. I knew this lady had a story to tell and I could not wait to read it! Vi has always been a Dom, in her personal life and business life. She has never considered not being a Dom. That is until she meets the Aussie Hottie, Lachlan. Lach has been enjoying playing the part of the Aussie Hottie dancing playboy for a while. Behind all that hotness is a good guy with a huge heart.  At first the sparks fly between Vi and Lach, then those sparks are ignited by a storm case of attraction and passion. Oh my are these two HOT together!  Vi is a strong independent lady with a business to run. She has no intention of settling down.  Lach might be ready for a change but he's not sure he's ready for the life of a one woman man.  I loved watching these two get to know each other and actually getting to know themselves a little better as well. They both have a lot to learn and a some challenges to get through if they are going to make this hot relationship more then just steam.  I loved that I had a chance to visit with some of the characters from Hitched and see how their life is going as well. That is what I love about series books. I love to revisit friends and see how they are doing. The nice thing about Whipped is that you may also read it as a stand alone book if you haven't read Hitched yet. However, if you haven't read Hitched yet I highly recommend it. I also enjoyed that Vi's family and friends are a big part of the story line. I always think it add more background and characteristics  to the characters.  I really enjoyed Whipped. I laughed, I held my Kindle lightly while it was steaming from those might fine steamy scenes, and I even had an awe moment or two.  This is the third book I have read by Karpov Kinrade and I have enjoyed each book. They do a great job of creating charismatic characters, interesting story lines, some mighty hot and spicy scenes, a little humor, and an over all great read.  I can't wait to see who's story is next in this series. I wonder if it will be Zoe or Tate? I will be anxious to see who gets their story next. Whoever it is I know it will be a great story.  I was given the opportunity to read this great book so that I may share my thoughts with you. As always it has been my great pleasure to share my thoughts with you on Whipped.

Great Book! This is a great book; it is the second book in the Hitched Series by Karpov Kinrade. This book can be read as a standalone. Vi and her friend open up a sex toy store, they have a regular client who brings all of his women in to buy toys. They call him the Aussie Hottie since they don’t know his name. Vi accepts an offer for a new roommate that she has never met. When her new roommate shows up it is none other than the Aussie Hottie Lachlan Pierce. This book is an erotic but has a great story; it also kept me laughing throughout the book. I love how the author’s brought the other characters from the first book into this one. I am looking forward to the next book.  A Review copy was provided to me in exchange for a fair and honest review. The free book held no determination on my personal review.

*** Received arc for honest review*** Actual rating is a 2.5 but I round up not down. After reading Hitched, the first book in this stand alone series, and given a little bio on Vi, I was expecting so much more. As a former dominatrix, I was hoping for some BDSM, as that was the then profession of Vi. Nope. There was nothing. Besides a sex shop. Which is where Lach comes in. Literally every day to buy a new toy for the woman he is with that night. Without going into too much detail, this book didn't feel complete to me. I personally thought there was too much sex and no story. It felt rushed and not thoroughly thought out. It was also contradictory and left me feeling lost. (The time of events seemed off to me.) Overall, I wasn't too thrilled with this book.

So I loved Vi in the first book and its so exciting to read about her. Her and Zoe opened Whipped a sex toy store. Then she meets her new room mate. The sexy australian Lach. They but heads but it is just because there is more than Vi wants to admit there. She wants something serious and he has always been the guy of one night stands. Its so fun to see them together and the chemistry is WOW.  My favorite things about this book were them paintballing and Vi trying to cook lol. Oh man this book had me laughing and wishing for a sexy australian for myself. We got to see how Kacie was doing and Tate. I loved that it is a standalone but you get to see the characters from Hitched. Zoe was a fun addition to the story. I liked getting to know her and hope she is around more. Besides the Sex I like how these to seemed like such a normal couple. They have their hangups and they both are trying to figure out how things work!  I so loved this book and I can not wait for more! I received a copy of this book in exchange for and honest review.

I love the mixture of romance and humor these authors share in their books. Most of the time erotica doesn't really have much of a story line but this series does. Looking forward to reading Tate'so story next!

If you have read Hitched then you have an understanding of hot, sexy and sizzling characters.  This book is no different except this time we meet Vi. Vi Renyolds is strong, independent and believes she doesn't need anything else in her life.  She has great friends and owns a business named Whipped.  Even with all of this she enjoys what she has and nothing can get her down...except maybe bills that are due or past due.  With this happening Vi decides that she will look for a roommate.  What she thought would be simple just became complicated..... Lachlan Pierce (Lach) or Aussie Hottie as Vi and Zoe call him, is strong, very well built, alpha male stripper.  Who likes to visit Whipped on a regular basis and every time he visits it with a different girl and no shirt on.  Even though he dances almost every night its not what he dreams about or what his heart desires.  To achieve these things he needs a place to live.   What will happen when Vi and Lach end up in the same living space?  Make sure to read Whipped to find out. While reading this book I laughed out loud and feel in love with the characters, both new and old.  The story line is very well written and draws you right in, making so that it is very difficult to put the book down.

Move over Magic Mike, Lachlan Pierce has arrived! Vi was one of my favorite characters in Hitched, and I was so excited to find out she'd be getting her own story. And, My God was is a HOT one!! The sexual chemistry between Vi and Lach was palpable from the get go and it was more a question of when they'd get together, than if. And when they did, it was explosive, passionate and sexy as hell. What I really loved about this book was how fun the characters all were, and I really have to give a big shout out to Vi's parents. OMG! They were hilarious and brilliant. I also enjoyed the way Vi and Lach's relationship grew and developed, and the small changes I started seeing in each of them the deeper they fell. It was also great that neither of them was harboring some huge big secret or a dark past that would eventually threaten to tear them apart. They faced minor obstacles but were able to find their way through each. Lach was actually such a sweet guy. At first glance he seemed to be a real player, and yes he was, but his dedication and loyalty to Vi showed him to be something completely different. I liked seeing many different sides of him. And the paintball scene was a hoot! I loved seeing this big, strong guy having his ass, and other body parts, handed to him while his girl kicked ass - for the most part anyway. If you are looking for a fun and sexy read that will be sure to melt your ereader, this is the book to grab. It was a quick, witty read filled with characters you'll fall in love with.

A fun addition to The Red Shoe Memoirs series. We first met Vi in book one, and she was a riot. I loved her - and I love her even more in her own story. She has temporarily stopped her role as dominatrix to open her own sex toy shop. And we get a good dose of her personality with the first customer in the book. I loved the whole introduction. It had me laughing right off the bat. Her relationship with Lachlan was an interesting one. Both have experience using their body in a sexual way, so they seem to have a lot in common. But Vi doesn't initially see it that way, and Lachlan has to work just a bit to get her to see that he's really interested. By the way - their third date - epic! I want a date like that. The only part that really sort of turned me off were Vi's parents. With our main characters being so over the top in their personalities, introducing two more that were the same way was just too much for my taste. I'm hearing that many others loved it though. There was a very nice ending. A nice long resolution, which is my favorite kind - I love seeing my people just be together sometimes. We get o see the gang from book one a bit here and there to help tie the story together, but this really was all about Vi. *This book was received in exchange for an honest review*

Vi is an intense woman. She isn't shy about how she gets her pleasure.  She gave up her job as a professional Dominatrix.  Vi and Zoe decided to open an up scale adult toy store in Las Vegas.  One of Vi's customers is Lachlan.  He's with a different woman every time he comes into the store.  Vi and Zoe enjoy having his sexy body in the store but that's where it ends.  Or will it?  Vi needs a roommate until the store gets in the green.  Rent is late as is most of her other bills.  She hopes her ad for a roommate will find the perfect person.  She may be in for a surprise though.       OFF THE CHARTS HOT!!!  I found this book sexy, funny and even romantic.  It really brings out the message of not judging a book by it's cover.  I enjoyed the characters. Sassy and honest, they keep the heat up in this one.  I felt the heat on every page.  I think this book will start a bonfire in your home.  It definitely gets you in the mood for a little playing of your own.  Reading passage out loud to each other increases the erotic tone by one thousand degrees.  You NEED this book. It should be at the top of your TBR pile.  Karpov Kinrade knows how to bring the heat!!      I found Vi to be a little softer than she was in Hitched by Karpov Kinrade, but it doesn't take away from the book.      I gave this one 5 cheers out of 5 because it will turn up the heat in your home.   ~Copy of book provided by author in exchange for a fair review~
