Diara Kendrich is an author, speaker, and Organizational Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Sales, Management, Consulting, and Customer Service. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University and earned her Masters of Science in Psychology, specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, from Capella University in 2012 and graduated with Honors. Diara is the author of an inspirational book titled, "I live. I struggle. I WIN!"; published in 2011. She has received recognition for her volunteer work in conducting surveys on customer and employee feedback in the transportation industry. Her volunteer work also includes student mentoring and helping persons with disabilities.
