This book is great! It sticks with me, especially because of the story. The core story shows how a conflict can escalate quickly and cause even more problems, and how you can turn it around and make even a very challenging conflict turn out better. The story part is fun to read and holds your interest while you're taking in the key lessons, and the section after the story at the end explains step by step what to do when you're dealing with "difficult people." I highly recommend it to anyone who often has to handle conflict at work
This is a an enlightened approach to managing conflict and dealing with difficult people. I highly recommend it. The subtitle says it all...The Creative Alternative to Fight or Flight! Very thought provoking!
