Evangeline is not a very nice witch, and she's not afraid to show it. Her ruthless nature comes in handy as a problem solver until she lands a job where she's forced to work with an uncouth shifter. He's rude, cocky, totally unsuitable, not to mention part animal, but despite it all, she can't help craving his touch.
Ryker is big, bad, and brash. When he's partnered with a curvy witch, he does everything in his power to fight her allure. And fails. But he's not too disappointed as he discovers wickedness has its uses, especially in the bedroom.
Vampires, a wedding from hell, and a cackling boss named Rumpelstiltskin, will these two wicked beings complete their job and admit, despite their stubborn nature, that they belong together?

i loved this book, the hero and heroine were different from usual and was a great intriging read with alot of great scenes
Langlais' WICKEDEST WITCH is a funny, sensuous, and exciting paranormal romance. Evangeline and Ryker are terrific characters, who bring out the best, worst, and most passionate in one another. I have only two complaints. 1) The villain's motivation is never explained, nor is he identified. Why was he trying to kidnap Rumplestilzkin's daughter? 2) The text is littered with distracting typographical and grammatical errors. I had to stop more than once to go back and reread a passage. Those errors are the only reason I am giving WICKEDEST WITCH three stars instead of four. Highly recommended to fans of Collette Gale, and Darcy's debut THE TAKING OF SNOW WHITE. -- lyradora
