5 Star review of Wild, Crazy Hearts (The Bradens & Montgomerys: Pleasant Hill - Oak Falls #4) by Melissa Foster This is Trace Jericho and Brindle Montgomery’s story and what an engaging story it was. I have read several books by Melissa Foster and I thoroughly enjoy her style of writing. Trace has been in love with Brindle for what seems like forever although she seems to be happy to continue with their friends with benefits arrangement which they have been in on and off for years. Their attraction and chemistry is sizzling and intense. However there is certainly a great deal of miss communication between them which was frustrating at times. Wild, Crazy Hearts certainly ticked the boxes for me. Trace is swoon worthy, protective and altogether a great guy. Brindle is a rule breaker and at times impulsive but all that is about to change. I love Brindle and Trace and found them easy to relate to as I did the secondary characters. I cannot wait to read the next am book in the series.

Stubbornness equals a bit of drama for Brindle and Trace and their Wild, Crazy Hearts. This book gives us what we love most from a Foster book but also seemed to give just a bit more this time and I loved every minute. Trace and Brindle both made me frustrated many times in this book but you can't help but to love them, and even more when they are together. I love the world Ms. Foster has built with all her series and that we get to catch up with all they characters we loved from past books. This was even better because the way the community came together for Trace and Brindle. This book as well as many other Foster books left me with a simile and a lighter feeling. I can't wait for more!

Wild Crazy Hearts is the fourth title in The Bradens and Montgomerys: Pleasant Hill – Oak Falls series. Ever since the ending of Trails of Love I’ve been waiting for Brindle and Trace’s story. Trace is loyal, loving and protective. Brindle is a bit of a wild child. This pair share a tumultuous relationship, their biggest issue is their inability to communicate their thoughts and feelings with each other and in doing so end up hurting each other the most. Despite the fact that they struggle to share their feelings, the heat, heart and sexual chemistry between this pair just oozes right off the page. Their banter is witty, fun and engaging and I loved that above all else they are best friends. There are several cameo appearances from Melissa’s previous books an series’ that I quite enjoyed as I love how all her different worlds are interconnected. I will be eagerly awaiting the next release in the Pleasant Hill – Oak Falls series.

Saddled up, this is going to be a bumpy but wild ride of your life -Cowboy- Trace and Brindle's love story is one of a kind. A teacher and a cowboy are a rare kind of relationship. Saddled up because their story is a bumpy, wild but romantic. It is a beautiful story of young love turned into one of a kind of love story that you will ever read. It is funny, full of family love and most of all so many tingling moments that will take you not only yours socks off but head fall in-love with Trace and Brindle. I enjoyed every chapter while reading this book. Ms. Melissa Foster's writing never is a dull moment. You will devour this book like you devour a real cowboy.

I have been waiting for Brindle’s story! She is wild and strong willed and while we all know her secret; it took her a trip across the world to figure it out herself! The chemistry between Trace and Brindle has been so thick in past stories that it makes a perfect story. Brindle and Trace are so in love – and we all know it – but they are dead set on being destructive to themselves and each other which creates a tense, rocky, wild, crazy, roller coaster of a relationship. There was definitely parts that I wanted to smack both of them – sometimes smack their heads together – and other times that their love was so real that it made my heart melt! Melissa writes magnificent romance stories and Brindle’s was long awaited. It was no disappointment and I cannot wait to catch up with the #TeamTrindleTrio in the future and learn the name of the baby (and no, I’m not sharing any details pertaining to that because it was definitely be a spoiler!) If you ever need a good romance read, grab a Melissa Foster book. You won’t regret it!

I have waited and waited for Brindle and Trace’s story. They have loved, fought, and made up so many times that I just knew that when they finally accepted their love for each other it would be so perfect, so marvelous, and so steamy. Melissa Foster wrote the perfect story for these two. I cried I laughed, I shook my head, and I couldn’t stop reading. Brindle never lies, until she tells the biggest lie to Trace. As she backtracks through the lie, works, to tell the truth to Trace and her family, she learns so much about herself and what she wants out of life. It was wonderful to see her come around, find herself and see how it leads to her happiness. Trace also has to change his ways, come around to loving Brindle forever, and not let her push him away when the going gets a little tough. I loved how Melissa Foster showed how it truly takes two to make a relationship work. She didn’t place blame on any one character when things didn’t go smoothly. She shows how compromise is important to a happy relationship and that relationships are not easy but they are so worth putting the work into.

I loved this book as I love all of Foster’s books! I’ve been rooting for Brindle and Trace for a while so, of course, I was thrilled to read their story. Wild, Crazy Hearts certainly showed new sides of each of them – some good and some bad. There was romance, hot and steamy moments, and frustrating moments on both of their parts. As is typical of these novels, their families and friends just added to the fantastic story adding plenty of “awwwww” moments as well as, several laughs. Let me say that I read this one twice. The first time was the day I received it and the second time was a few days ago prior to writing this review. What I’m still unclear about is why Brindle was so weird about the whole commitment and love thing anyway? Yes, there were some things explained here and there about her way point of view on love, marriage, etc. but this young woman comes from an amazing and loving family while also being surrounded but numerous friends that have found love and have (or had) happy and successful relationships. So what was her deal? Also, I had somehow missed before that Brindle was a high-school teacher. Being someone that taught high school in an extremely small town where everyone knew everyone’s business, I was a little surprised that her ongoing extracurricular activities, etc. were o.k. considering her position. But that’s neither here nor there. Just an observation! Back to the good stuff, this novel is sweet and romantic, has a happy ending (of course!), and was a completely entertaining read. Melissa Foster never fails in reeling me in with her amazing characterization and storytelling. Can’t wait to read more about these characters in the future!

Wild, Crazy Hearts is a book that I was looking forward to and Foster did not disappoint. Trace and Brindle learn that they had been pushing at self imposed barriers and needed to pull beyond the barriers to find the truth in their hearts - their own happily ever after! I can't wait to see more from both of their families.

I tend to read more of Melissa's alter ego Addison Cole, but I do occasionally jump to her regular side. Wild Crazy Hearts sounded like a book to try from her steamier side. Yes, this was definitely steamier and Brindle and Trace were a totally unique couple when it comes down to romance novels. These two are an on again, off again pair. \They could be called friends with benefits, but its very obvious from the start that there is much more to them than friends that have wild sex. Most of this book's conflict comes at the beginning and has to do with Brindle and the bun she has in the oven. That's probably the one beef I had with this story. All the conflict is basically at the beginning and the rest is Brindle and Trace becoming the perfect couple in their crazy way, which was very cool. They were working at being a real couple instead of whatever it was they were to start with. It made them a little too perfect for me. I needed some other conflict to keep things interesting. Don't get me wrong, I loved the unconventional relationship these two had, but everything was sunshine and roses for the most part. The nice part was how supportive both character's families were, but especially Brindle's. Everyone wanted to help make things work out for her and Trace and that was nice. I have to admit that the whole hashtag thing was a bit much for me though. Still this was a nice read and a good addition to Melissa's Braden's & Montgomery's Series.

Wild, Crazy Hearts is a fast-paced, wonderful read. The chemistry and connection between the two main characters are strong. Brindle is an independent, rebellious woman. She does what she wants. She cares deeply for people, but if someone tries to push her towards something, she pushes back. Trace is loyal, strong, and very much a bossy cowboy. He has tried to play by Brindle's rules for years. Trace has not allowed himself to image what the "What Ifs" of the future could be like. Brindle and Trace love is wild, strong, and chaotic. They fight, they make each other mad, they make up, and it continues in that cycle. To make things work between them, they have to really try new ways of communicating. Reading how Trace and Brindle try to handle their new future is adorable. I love how much the town rallied around them and supported them. I received this book as an Advance Reader's Copy. I volunteered to leave my review. All opinions are my own.

School is out and that means more time for me to read. I mean while at the lake or outside tanning or at the park while kids play. So I was excited that Melissa had a new book out. I’ve loved every book of her I’ve read so far and I’ve been waiting for Brindle’s story. It’s called Wild, Crazy Hearts and it’s amazing! Trace and Brindle have had these friends with benefits thing for as long as they have remembered. Brindle lost her V card to Trace but wanted to still be free and not be tied down. Trace has loved her since he was old enough to know what love was. He knew Brindle was a wild one and he couldn’t tie her down or she would explode. Brindle took off to Paris for months when her life started to scare her and things got complicated but she’s back and ready to face it all head on or round belly on. Can they work things out and finally settle down into real relationship or are they just too stubborn and wild to be a family? I just loved this book. I loved Trace’s patience and love with Brindle. I loved Brindle’s tell it how it is attitude and her, take no one's crap stubbornness. Its definitely a tough one because how alike they are but their sexiness and spark is to swoon over. I definitely recommend it if you love romance and happy ever after. Get it today!

It's been a really, really long time since I started a book, got exactly 19 pages in and had to fight with myself to not read the last chapter to see how it ended. That is exactly what happened with this book. It was so entertaining that I read it in less than 2 days. I highly recommend it!

Brindle and Trace are the pure essence of wild and crazy hearts! I had to remind myself that Brindle is only 25 and thought back to when I was that age. Add in her pregnancy hormones with her age and personality ---WOW! You have a force to be reckoned with! Trace, despite his tough-as-nails persona, is clear that he loves Brindle with every piece of his heart, soul, body, mind, and spirit. Over the years, their wild ways have kept them from communicating what they fear the most -- total commitment. That's something that comes with time and experience; so I felt like once they got started, the snowball would continue to gain traction and then they'd be completely un-tameable (as we should want this fiery couple to be!)! As much as I wanted to be angry about the gossip going around about such private issues, we later get to see how fiercely supportive their family, friends, and townspeople are. Brindle and Trace are such a wild, dynamic pair who made this another of Melissa's books that I refused to put down until I reached the end!  I have volunteered to share my review and all the opinions are 100% my own.

Brindle shocks her friends, family, and lover by returning from Paris after 3 months pregnant. Returning with a thought out plan of action, her plan to reveal her child's father has been thwarted after receiving a vicious accusation. Brindle is once again in a tailspin and has a lot to figure out and come clean about, to everyone. Trace has had nothing but love for Brindle and has chosen to love her on her terms, despite always wanting more. Surprised by Brindle's news and new future, he has limited time to turn things around. Life is messy and rarely goes according to plan, Brindle and Trace's story is proof of that, in fact, a lot of our stories are proof of that. Foster always hits the mark, sending you on an emotional whirlwind that has you holding your breath until the end. Disclosure: At my request, I have received an advance copy of this book for review purposes. I am not being financially compensated for this post, all opinions expressed are my own honest opinion.

Since Trials of Love and that little tid-bit we get about Brindle I have been dying to get my hands on her and Trace's story! And boy was it a good one. Brindle has returned from a 6 week stay in Paris where she went to gather her thoughts and realises that Trace is the one for her - they have been friends with many benefits since their teenage years, but neither wanting a commitment. Or so it seemed to Brindle anyway - it turns out that Trace has loved her from the start and they only have the kind of relationship they have because he believes it is what Brindle wants and he just wants her to be happy. When she gets home from Paris pregnant, Trace assumes its someone else's and Brindle does nothing to make him think otherwise - I really wanted to smack her upside her head for even doing that! I get she was hurt when the first thing Trace asks her is 'who's is it?' but if she has just been open from the start the whole mess they go through in this book would have been over by page 1! But they both do a lot of growing up in this book and at times they fight like teenagers again instead of the adults they are supposed to be - hence Brindle's initial reaction to lie about Trace being the father. They go through a lot to get their HEA, but Trace really stood out for me in this book. He was willing to step up and be a father to the child when he was told he wasn't the father, because he loved Brindle so much - everyone could see they were meant to be together, it just took Brindle the longest to realise it was what she wanted all along. 5 STARS

Brindle and Trace have been an on again off again couple since their early teenage years now in their mid twenties they are hit with a bit of unexpected news. Well, I guess I should back up a bit and let you know that Brindle decided to go to Paris for six weeks at the end of Trails of Love to clear her head and see where her heart was. She returns with more than just the answer that had always been in her heart. It's no surprise that I am a huge Melissa Foster fan when you read a book like this, which takes a difficult subject and somehow gives you the HEA you were hoping for. Unplanned pregnancy is not unheard of, even with all the precautions a couple can take. I have to say that I was disappointed with Trace's behavior when he saw Brindle for the first time after returning from Paris with a baby bump, if I was there he would have gotten a backhand up the side of his head. Anyway, he did finally get his head screwed on correctly. Fatherhood has a way of making the immature grow-up. I enjoyed the whole town rallying around Trace and Brindle with their Instagram shutouts of #teamtrindle, #teamtrindletrio, #teamtrindlecolt, and #teamtrindlefilly it was great to see how everyone pulled for this couple to make it. This story pulled me in right away and I didn't want it to end, as with each of the books written by Melissa Foster. I can't say it enough, if you have yet to read one of her books grab one now you'll be sorry you waited this long to be immersed into her world. Each book can be read as a standalone so it doesn't matter where you begin, just begin! Happy Reading!!! **I have voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Readers Copy of this book for my Blog, Nadine's Obsessed with Books**

Sweet, sexy and satisfying! We have been waiting for this book ever since Melissa Foster teased us with this surprise baby twist at the end of the previous book, and it didn’t disappoint. It’s fast paced, filled with drama and as always in this series, lots of family love surrounding them. Enjoyed their story! Brindle Montgomery left the world behind for a whirlwind trip to Paris, and now that she’s home sporting a baby bump, she’s got some explaining to do! Trace Jericho has been playing Brindle’s game for too long now. He wants more from their relationship than she’s been offering, and it’s come down to the time for it to be now or never!

If you’ve followed my reviews for any amount of time you’ll realize I read a TON of Melissa Foster books. I find myself drawn to realistic characters and believable storylines, both of which are seen in Foster’s latest book Wild, Crazy Hearts. Full honesty here – I did not like the heroine for the first half of this book. Mainly because I didn’t like Brindle’s attitude and what she was doing. I totally get she had her reasons but she didn’t resonate with me at all. Trace, on the other hand, had 100% of my support. From start to finish he had the biggest heart, even if he and Brindle should have talked more to work on their issues. I found myself drawn into this story by the middle and really wanted this couple to get their happily ever after. There is one conversation in particular that stayed with me while I was reading. Even when their relationship was strained or they were on a break there was always a tether holding them together. By the end of the book, Brindle redeemed herself in my eyes and I was happily cheering them on. If you like manly, sexy cowboys and a struggle for happily ever after then Wild, Crazy Hearts is just what you’re looking for.

Wild, Crazy Hearts is a book I've been waiting for for what seems like forever. When Brindle left for Paris in a previous book, I had no idea she'd come home pregnant. When she stayed longer than she was suppose to stay, I wondered what was up with that and I knew that Trace must be going crazy about the stay. In other books, the mention of Brindle left me wondering what was going to happen when she came back to the states. Brindle comes home in the middle of a Halloween party. At first, someone thought maybe that tiny bump was a costume but then the truth, or at least part of the truth, comes out. The bump is real and Brindle is pregnant. The question is whose baby is it. She tells Trace and her family it is not his. Her family doesn't care. Trace, well, let's say he has his moments of not caring. How the mystery of the father unravels is part of the wonder of this book. You  need to read how Brindle and Trace experience this baby together, as they have grown up together in so many ways throughout other books. Melissa Foster has done it again with Wild, Crazy Hearts. I have volunteered to share my review and all the opinions are 100% my own.
