From the first page the reader is swept to the celtic isles where Cairenn finds a wounded man washed up on the shore. Contrary to her gift, she cannot read this man or his thoughts. As he heals, they are drawn closer together until LachLan must return to his clan to find out who plotted his death. Cairenn must learn to control her gift to give him assistance in his quest. Loved the imagery of the Sea and islands along with the Fae world blending into the families. Gather a warm throw and snuggle down for a celtic journey to the past. Gifted with an author's copy with thanks. Opinions are my own.
