The music calls Georgie.

Every night, she stands offstage, watching Xan Valentine set fire to the crowd with music until they would burn down the city for him. His music wraps her until her fingers dance, desperately wanting the piano, but her terrified legs could never walk onto a stage.

Most nights, when Xan Valentine strides off the stage, his dark eyes shift, blurring, and he becomes Alexandre de Valentinois again.

Sometimes, Xan won't let go.

Some of the other band members, Rade and Grayson, are caught in a death spiral of booze, drugs, and groupies.

The drummer, Tryp, is too infatuated with his new wife to do more than show up to play.

Xan is the only one who can compel them onto the stage. He's holding Killer Valentine together with the force of his will.

This can't go on.

Something has to break.

About the Author

Santa, Baby (Rock Stars in Disguise: Peyton) by Blair Babylon

Peyton Cabot hates his life: being a rock star, performing for screaming crowds, being interviewed for magazines' hottest musician of the year articles, winning awards, and banking loads of money.

Yeah, it sucks to be him.

After every show, Peyton tags along to supper with one of the couples in the band, a pathetic third wheel. Sometimes he goes down to the hotel bar to try to hook up with a woman who is traveling for business, usually to strike out because they're not looking to hang out with a famous twenty-something blond-haired, green-eyed hottie. Every night, he sleeps in a different hotel bed, alone.

Except on those nights when Peyton picks up the phone to call one particular woman, one who understands him like no one else, but now she won't answer his calls.

When Peyton goes to find her, he gets a Christmas surprise that changes everything.

It was okay. The split personalities were different. I wish authors would write a complete book instead of parts of books. I lose interest if I have to wait for the book to be complete.

Wild Thing starts off exactly where Every Breath You Take left off, with Georgie and Xan running out of the concert hall. The book continues with Georgie 'hiding' in plain sight with the band, Killer Valentine. KV has issues - namely three members who are addicted to booze and heroin. Xan is holding the band together with sear will and he needs new songs for their next album. He makes a deal with Georgie to help him write music and travel with the band so she can keep hiding. As they travel, Georgie and Xan get closer and it's soon clear that Xan isn't always Xan - he has different accents and different mannerisms sometimes. Near the end of the book, the band suffers a tremendous loss and Xan forces Georgie to face her stage fright to help the band with their biggest performance to date. At the end of the performance, Georgie gets into trouble from her past and Xan saves her life. Georgie realizes she needs Xan to protect her from her past so she makes a deal with Xan to be bandmate and nothing more. The story continues in Lay Your Hands On Me.

Love Georgie and Xan! Can't wait to finish their story. I love all of your characters Blair and I am so very happy that you have such a gift for writing their stories. Thank you!

Georgie and Xan are fighting the Russian mob, drug addicted band mates, and their growing lust for one another. Georgie learns more about the many faces of Xan and how a violent past created the multifaceted music God burning up her sheets every night. Xan doesn't believe in love but he knows about need, about music, and he knows Georgie is his muse. How will tragedy impact Killer Valentine? More important can Georgie and Xan survive what is to come in tact? Read all about them and have tissues ready.

Excellent. The more I read about Xan and Georgie the more I became hooked. Blair Babylon has done it again. Your writing is intense and touched me to the core. The way the words flowed across the page was like a symphony. The characters are all intertwined and only a fantastic writer could pull it off. I didnt realize how much I was going to love Georgie. She's strong and vulnerable at the same time. She's my favorite heroine besides Ray. She was the one that held Lizzie and Ray together in the other series. She has so much depth to her and accept Xan, Alex, and Alexandre without fault. She is in love with all parts of this complex and tortured soul. I can't wait for part 3. Blair Babylon keep on writing these wonderful stories because I'm going to keep buying them. You really delivered with this story of Xan and Georgie.

4 Stars From Sammy's Book Obsession!   MY THOUGHTS~  I was provided with a Review Copy/ARC for review. Wild Things was a pretty good read. If you haven't read the others before it, I recommend that you do so first. This one picks up where Georgie & Zan's first book left off.  It surprisingly took me a little while to get into this one. Once I did though, it flowed nicely and  I enjoyed it. The writing was well done and the characters are really complex. There were a lot of surprises and twists and turns throughout and that kept it interesting.  If you enjoyed any other Blair Babylon books, you will love Wild Things! I'm excited to see what comes next!

This was a great story of Xan and Georgie. If you read Blair Babylon books, you should know the Billionaires in Disguise character Georgie. She is a very well developed character in the books about Rae and Lizzy, and in the first book about her and Xan, and we get to know her even better here.  She was raised rich, is a virtuosa pianist (with stage fright), is running from the Russian mob because of her father's dishonesty, has a mother who won't help pay off the mob, is studying to be a lawyer, and was a worker in the Devilhouse (a BDSM club) to pay for college. She met the hero in the previous stories, and they had an immediate connection because of the music they both are completely addicted to. The hero is rich, a duke, a virtuoso violinist, a rock star singer/guitarist, and seems to have many disconnected parts to his personality. I love how we get deeply into both main characters thoughts and feelings. I love the sensual scenes, I love the descriptions of the concerts.  It is all good. I am really looking forward to the culmination of the story.

This book was the best one yet. A wild rollercoaster of emotions. Its a deep plot that captures the readers and holds them tight to see if the singer/songwriter and the ice princess will stay together. The songs added so much to the story. I loved being able to listen to the music which set the mood for particular events that were happening. Xan is a complex man and Georgie is a strong woman who grew to understand him. I want more for this couple. Another thing that made this book worth reading was getting to know more about the other members of the band and where they fit into the storyline. I am addicted to Killer Valentine and cant wait to read more about their lives.

Picking right up from the end of Every Breath You Take, this is the continuation of the story between Xan and Georgie, please keep tissues close to hand. Xan is trying to keep the band together, they are his escape, his chance to be the man he wants to be abut with them slowly disintegrating he is facing an uncertain future, one that he has no desire to hurtle towards and he is keen to do whatever he can to keep them together, in his moment of need he turns to Georgie and as much as she is desperate to help, she knows that getting on stage may just be a step too far. Her options are not just limiting they are critical – she needs to get away but leaving Xan is something that is difficult to comprehend but staying is selfish and in her desperation to avoid the mob, she is putting not only Xan but the rest of the band in harm’s way. But leaving is not a feasible option when she feels the way that she does – but I couldn’t help but have a bit of a yell at the screen for the two of them to just wake up and smell the coffee - - dear lord they were blind to the obvious! The characterisation in the book is simply divine, the depth with which the author delves is remarkable and the path she takes us on is one that will stay with you – I loved the story and most of the characters but like all things you can’t like everyone – although who you think that is may be open for discussion. A great story – thoroughly enjoyed!

To say that this series has turned into a favourite of mine is no exaggeration, from Rhiannon's story to Tryp's the band are addictive. Blair has a talent for creating a storyline that's compelling, with subtle twists and complex characters. Ms. Babylon doesn't just have rockstars, no, she has complex characters that have character flaws, multiple personalities, drug addictions and Russian mafia hit men after them. In this instalment of the series, Georgie has followed Zan Valentine on the US Tour after he talked her into leaving with him when they met at Rae and Wulf's Marriage. I love how Georgie has kept herself strong, determined to pay back the money her father stole, even though it will probably take her 2 lifetimes. She's kept everyone at bay non of her friends have any ideas about who she really is, and men have never had a chance to unfreeze her iced up heart. Until that fateful encounter when Georgie Johnson is introduced to Alexandre AKA Xan If you haven't read part 1 to this story stop now and go read it, not only is it awesome you really have to read it first to understand what's going on in this book. In this instalment we get to see the stress and sheer will power it takes Zan to keep Killer Valentine together, all the while trying to keep Georgie safe from the Russian Mafia who are out to use her to scare her mother to pay back the money her father stole from them. The only problem Georgie has is that her mother would sell her to the devil for a dime, so she's dead if they grab her. So get lost in the music, the atmosphere of the runners and life on the road, as Georgie tries not to fall more in love with the most complex rockstar you may ever meet. Zan/Alex or Alexandre... This complex character has woven himself into my heart, I need to know more about him, I want part 3 like NOW but until then I will get my fix from Ms Babylon's short story Alwaysland and continue to read the Devilhouse series as these two series are now converging into the most awesomely addictive book series I've read in a long while. Oh and ps the links to the music that are in the kindle books are fab, it another added bonus as you delve further into the characters and what drives them to aim for perfection I their art. If you haven't read a Blair Babylon book before, I recommend you go pick up book 1 and jump in, I am sure you will get addicted just like I did.

Wild Thing by Blair Babylon I effing love Blair’s writing. This is the second book of her billionaire/rockstars series I have had the pleasure of reading.  I love the intense storytelling involved in creating the entanglements between the books in this series. The connections bring so much more dimension to the characters.  I like the strength and depth of this story. The way it’s written makes you keep turning pages. You get to see a lot of the inner workings of Georgie and Xan’s lives and thoughts. I had to read it all in one sitting. I plan to read more when I can. You should too! I was gifted this book in exchange for an honest review.

A Review of Wild Thing (Billionaires In Disguise: Georgie and Rock Stars In Disguise: Xan, Book 2) by Blair Babylon Split Personalities - 5+++ stars Blair continues the combined stories of Georgie from BID and Xan from RSID. Georgie is still hiding from the Russian mob and Xan is hiding from his true self. I honestly believe that Xan has a persoanlity disorder and I am anxious to find out what really happened when he was at school that makes Flicka tell Georgie that she needs to get away from him. My heart was broken at the end of this part of the story and I can only hope that things work out the way they are supposed to in the next part. Now I just have to sit on pins and needles, waiting for that book to come out, so that I can find out what happens next. Don't miss this series or you will be sorry. **Complimentary Copy provided by Author for an honest review.**

This is Xan and Georgie’s story. If you have followed Killer Valentine then you may have noticed all the band members are finding their other half. The half that will help keep them in line as the band members are all either addicted or just about dead. Xan has never let on that what is between him and Georgie is anything but casual in fact that is what they both want no strings nothing long term.  Xan is so much more than the lead singer of the band. Georgie has a lot of baggage and she is hesitant when Xan begs her to tag along with him and the band on the road.  Georgie is conflicted who is she with? Xan the lead singer of Killer Valentine or Alex the gentle soul she met while in college. He is one in the same or is he? What about those that are after Georgie can Xan really keep her safe? I enjoyed this book and I have enjoyed each story in this series.  I was gifted a copy of this book for my honest review.

Wild Thing allows us a much deeper dive into this beautifully enchanting and fiercely emotional rollercoaster that is Georgie and Xan. We are privileged to see behind the veil on the mysterious and complex character that is Xan. I loved how we are granted a back stage pass to get to know the other band members as well. We see their strange dynamic up close and personal, and nothing is as it seems when it comes to Killer Valentine. So sit back, fasten your safety belt, and be prepared to for one wild and unforgettable ride! Georgia is determined to keep her heart as far away from Xan as possible. She is only with him for some temporary no strings fun and a place to hide while she regroups and gets her life back on track. No long term plans for her thank you very much and especially not with a man like Xan. The Ice Princess is firmly in charge and has no desire to relinquish control to anyone. Xan says he only wants Georgie around for some much needed fun and to help with his songwriting. That’s all he needs, and he barely has any time for those things with his band’s packed scheduled. However, what he didn’t count on was how quickly, quietly, and completely she has invaded his life, his heart, and his very soul. Now, all he wants is to keep her safely by his side, and he will do it by whatever means possible. After all alive and brokenhearted is better than dead and never coming back. What is a girl to do when her life hangs in the balance, and the only one who can save her is the very man who can easily destroy her? What will Xan risk to keep Georgie safe and his band on schedule to see their rise to fame finally become reality? I loved getting to know these beautiful characters on a much deeper level. They made me fall in love with all of them without any regrets. Georgie and Xan are both phenomenal characters who never failed to show me how beautiful life is when you find the person that completes you and how devastating love can be when it is toyed with and forced into a mold that it was never meant to fill. We have to be true to ourselves if we hope to grow and live a rich and fulfilling life. If we aren’t honest with ourselves, then we can never be truly honesty with anyone else. We all have choices we have to make, but we need to sure that they are good for not only us but for those around us. No matter what people may tell you, family and friends are all that you have in this world, so they should never be treated poorly or taken advantage of. Blair Babylon has written another utterly incredible work of art. No matter how many of her books I have read, she continues to become an even greater and more formidable author whose fierce passion and unbreakable conviction shines through the crowd to illuminate her uniquely creative and completely unforgettable genius. She excels at shining the light on the human soul and illustrating that we all have pieces of both light and dark inside each of us. We have to choose which we will allow to dominate and control us. Only we have that choice, and it should never be taken lightly.
