This complete collection of William Shakespeare's massive works assembled by the Royal Shakespeare Company is a work of art unto itself. The single column layout and easy to read linar notes are phenominal. The way the editors added in basic touches like who is talking to who at moments when it is slightly confusing made the reading easier to understand. This book should be one everyone's shelf...weither they like it or not! I hope all lovers and haters of his work will come together in celebration of this magnificent tome. Well done RSC, well done!

This is Shakespeare. His influence on the English language and the culture of English speaking peoples cannot be overstated. And this ebook version contains not just his plays but also his sonnets. This digital version is the best you will find. If you want to read Shakespeare electrically, this book is for you.

This is the only ePUB I am aware of with the First Folio versions of all the Shakespeare plays, including all the First Folio front matter. I would have preferred to have only the First Folio material without additional commentary, though I found the "TEXT:" notes helpful. I like the line numbers in the left margin. Navigation is lousy; the Table of Contents link is to the beginning of the commentary of each play. Further navigation is by turning pages. I found it easier to page through the endnotes but even that is tedious. The terrible navigation is why I rate this edition as only three stars, otherwise it would rate four or five.

This volume contains all of Shakespeare's works, making it a good reference. It contains excellent explanations of words and phrases that are unfamiliar. It's not a book club book, but it could be a good textbook.
