During her 20-year career, she has led change-management processes, developed and delivered training, and managed communications programs during process-implementation projects. She is the co-author of numerous articles as well as the books, Preparing for .NET Enterprise Technologies and Windows Server 2003: Best Practices for Enterprise Deployments.
