Wines of California: The Comprehensive Guide based on 0 ratings. 2 reviews.
Book took too long to write so it is out of date. List of wineires in not comprehensive. In fact, in Napa they only list about 20% at best and maybe 25% in Sonoma.
It's about time that someone covered the entire state of California and not just Napa and Sonoma. I am happy to see that the authors wrote about Mendocino and Paso Robles...two of my favorite regions. The book covers all of the wine growing regions in the state with standout wineries. I totally love the fact that there are insightful interviews with winemakers and easy recipes from California chefs. I can't wait to plan my next trip to California. I plan on giving this book to all of my friends this Christmas. Great book!!
