About the Author
In addition to teaching, Vijay supervises research projects at the AECC. He is a member of the British Association of Sports and Exercise Sciences (BASES) and he received the AECC Student-Led Teaching Award (SLTA) for outstanding teaching in 2013, 2014, and 2017. In 2009, Vijay won widespread acclaim for the Re-Booting Cognition (RBC) Technique, which is intended to aid efficient athletic recovery and enhance sports performance. He has since taught his technique to the World Champions in Germany, Norway, Denmark and Belgium.
Vijay's ethos is to "contribute, succeed and prosper," innovating as a matter of course and always striving to improve the condition of athletes individuals and teams worldwide. Students whom he has taught are now primary healthcare professionals around the world.
