About the Author

Bud Suse spent 12 years with IBM as an account representative, sales manager and district sales instructor. Landing in the Electronic Design Automation Industry, he lead sales teams as Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales. Additionally, he served in the capacity of Director of Sales for Asia.

As a senior sales manager, and afterwards as an independent consultant, he coached sales teams pursuing large, complex enterprise sales opportunities, and chronicles that experience in his first book, Closing the Whales. His second book, Winning Complex Enterprise Sales tells the story of a remarkable campaign, a campaign which fully illuminates the secrets of successful large, complex sales campaigns.
