A Memory House Collection novel that is a heartwarming romance narrated by Cupid himself.
When seven-year-old Eleanor wishes John Gray will one day fall in love with her, Cupid vows to make it happen. It does; but then Life Management fouls things up and they both marry other people. Now that they're single again, they've got a second chance at love, but there are problems. Big problems.
After a disastrous love affair, John's daughter is coming home and she's got a boatload of emotional baggage. In order to give Eleanor and John the happiness they deserve, Cupid must first find the girl's perfect match. Not an easy task since she's addicted to handsome scoundrels with sexy smiles. This time Cupid will need more than an arrow to the heart; he'll need a bit of magic, a sizable miracle and a tail-wagging dog.

About the Author
Award-winning novelist Bette Lee Crosby brings the wit and wisdom of her Southern Mama to works of fiction—the result is a delightful blend of humor, mystery and romance along with a cast of quirky charters who will steal your heart away.
“Storytelling is in my blood,” Crosby laughingly admits, “My mom was not a writer, but she was a captivating storyteller, so I find myself using bits and pieces of her voice in most everything I write.”

Since then, she has gone on to win another seventeen literary awards, including the Royal Palm Literary Award, The Reviewer’s Choice Award, the FPA President’s Book Award Gold Medal and the Reader’s Favorite International Book Award Gold Medal.

Just finished the Serendipity series following the Wyattsville series. As usual you get your money's worth when purchasing any of her novels. Please keep the good reads coming ... I'm now starting the Memory house.
This book not only comes with an adorable cover and a worthy cause for saving dogs from part of it's proceeds, it's also a fanciful love story for the Christmas season and throughout the year. Cupid's job is to unite the right people for a lifetime of love, but sometimes humans go and jump into lust with the wrong people and problems ensue. Problems also arise when people find another partner in marriage that was not in "the plan". One such couple is Eleanor and John, who found and lost each other as young people. They married other people, each had a child, and now in their fifties they find themselves widow and widower. Cupid has matched them again, but their grown children are causing many problems for this new pair. Cupid must go to work again to make everybody live 'happily ever after', which is Cupid's job designation from the BIG BOSS. This book has lots of humor, emotion, and hidden great advise about 'real love'. It's a joy to read. Hint---there is a sweet little dog that wins over hearts, with some help from Cupid. If you're looking for a great fun read, this book is definitely for you!
