About the Author

Linda Thomas-Sundstrom is an award-winning author of contemporary and paranormal romance novels for Harlequin's Nocturne and Desire imprints. Vampires, werewolves and spirits are the usual inspirations for this writer who swears she has "paranormal" in her genes,  but a contemporary holiday story can, Linda says, be just as magical. Linda lives in the West, juggles teaching, writing, family, and caring for a ranch, and loves to write.

Great love story between a sexy werewolf and a woman sworn to eradicate werewolves. Tess Owens comes from a well-known family of werewolf hunters. One night, she senses a Were nearby and dares him to show himself. He does, in his human form, and she is upset when she realizes she is sexually attracted to Jonas Dale, her new neighbor. Jonas is there with his sister Gwen and hoped that the move would save her from the Reaper. But he has found them and Jonas is left wondering how he can save his sister and the future of their race.

sexy is sexy, 5 SILVER SECRETS no matter where we find it. Tess was incredibly beautiful. All the right stuff was there, in all the right places. She was extraordinary. And she was his sworn enemy. Male werewolf. Big. Strong. Intense. Her new target was both unbelievably handsome and monstrously unique. She was in no mood to deal with hunky, unruly werewolves who looked like God’s gift to the species. In loving a werewolf, desiring a werewolf, her life would be over. If she could only get him out of her mind... WOW! Consider me slayed! wink What a preternaturally incredible book! I don't even know where to begin! This is such a fantastic book filled with multifaceted, complex characters, lush, vivid descriptions, intriguing concepts, lust, loneliness, desire, hatred, enemies, family, duty, honor, sacrifice, secrets and so much more, that all combine perfectly together with the captivating storytelling to intensify, enrich and enhance the entire reading experience!! This is DEFINITELY a book that once you start it, it will completely consume you, making it impossible to put down until you reach The End! And then, if you are like me, you can't help but go back to the beginning and read it again, but slower this time so you can take it all in, catch or pick up on the parts/comments/thoughts/etc. you might have missed the first time, maybe even fully understanding other parts because you were so caught up in the excitement & adventure, that maybe you were reading a little faster just so you could find out what happens next! The blessing or "curse" of a magnificent story written by a phenomenally talented author! wink I absolutely adore & love the uniqueness to Linda's wolf shifters, their traits & abilities, the how, when, what & where they shift, their strengths & weaknesses and everything else that has them standing out from all of the others! This truly is one exceptionally well-written story that had me hanging onto every single word, enthralled from start to finish, completely blown away by just how unique, hot, original, funny, witty & captivating it all is! Without a doubt, this is one of, if not THE best books I have read by Linda! And that says a lot because I have absolutely love, Love, LOVED every book of hers that I have read!!

Absolutely riveting! I loved this book. The world created by the author brings a new light to Weres/Lycans/Wolves. She leads us down the path of discovery with minor clues that make the mystery a course you have to complete without skipping a word. Jonas enters the area of a gorgeous woman who draws both the man and the beast. Too bad she's the last from a long line of wolf slayers. When they end up fighting a common enemy confusion takes over. Why would she interact with him and more--why would he protect her? She's not the only one he safeguards. The creature he guards is beyond beautiful just as she is deadly. The romance seems hopeless. The chemistry volcanic. The characters will steal your soul. The sexual tension is a visible fog for both of these beings who really want to do good for the people around them. The relationships are unique and I could read about this world book after book after book. DO NOT MISS THIS ONE.
