Donna Kafer is Chaplain for the Arizona State Legislature where she has served leaders, staff and state employees for 9 yeard. She is also President & Founder of Leadership Challeng of Arizona. Donna travels throughout the United States speaking to women's groups, churches, and incarcerated women and sharing the freedom that is offered through the saving life of Jesus Christ. She also appears on a local TBN Television Network Station and local radio.
