Most Helpful Customer Reviews
Charles Fox couples his career experience in drafting with his ability to teach and the result is an excellent resource on drafting, reviewing and critiquing contracts. The book can be used for students as well as practicing attorneys - new and seasoned. Fox covers both the small details and the big-picture in a way that makes reading about contracts an enjoyable experience (who knew that was possible?). The examples and analogies are interesting and informative and presented in a clear and concise way. Content aside, the structure of the book doesn't require a front-to-back or straight through read. Readers can work through certain sections as needed.
